    Salaams Great Thinkers,

Yaani nahitaji kuanzisha General Clinic in town.

I have been thinking strategically- where I am; where i want to be ; and how to get there ( action plan), lkn bado sijapata jibu sahihi namna ya kuanza na kufika safari ninayotaka kuianza.
    Naomba ushauri wakuu.

    Nawakilisha.

Mkuu do you have any starting capital? Is it a must to plant that source of income in town? Don't you think Dar outskirts may be better?

If you don't have any capital do this; Try to fish around for any nice pharmacy which has enough space. Talk to the owner mwambie hivi. You would like to outsource his pharmacy lakini mtu wake ndio atakua anauza dawa.

Sasa whenever you meet a patient you charge your customer accordingly. NB: Always treat your customers as if you are bout to lose them.

Also get a very good taxi driver whom you can make an agreement with so that whenever a patient calls, you respond rapidly mgonjwa anafuatwa ghafla kama ni usiku just be flexible.

It will be like your ambulance. (lazima mgonjwa will have to pay for the transport lakini bei isiwe kubwa sana)

Kuhusu bei za dawa you just make sure that you mark up by 5% or 10%. Therefore mwenye pharmacy will have nothing to lose but he will be able to supply you with all they necessary madawa.

BUT please kama unaona ugonjwa wa mteja wako huelewi just refer the patient to the right hospital. Also make sure you have a very nice network ya good doctors.

I think you just need to have a sweet language to be where you want to be kwa mwenye pharmacy.
    All the best na ubarikiwe.

Don't forget to ask God to give you courage.

Na ndo maana madaktari wengi siyo matajiri unless yupo ktk life style consultations e.g plastic surgeons/cosmestics za viungo like maziwa,****** pua etc

Pia napenda kuwajulisha kwamba last year nilipata UNFINISHED BUILDING around sinza B (potential location) ambapo nilifanya agreement with the owner kwamba nimalizie ujenzi kwa gharama zangu based na shughuli ninayotaka kuifanya then kwenye rental fees nitalipa kidogo kufidia gharama ya ujenzi.

    Mkataba ni miaka 10.

I went to see one of the architetures for the drawings and estimated costs za kumalizia ujenzi. I got the figure around 100 million, pamoja na basic equipments za kuanzia kazi.

Nikaenda kumuona mtaalamu mmoja pale chuo kikuu for the business plan.

    Nilikubali.

    Ikaja issue ya collateral,

Mwenye jengo alikubali nitumie hilo jengo kama collateral, The building owner is optimistic. Personally, I could not have that money therefore nikaanza kutafuta pa kuanzia.

As you know our banks's policies hawatoi hela for start up, nimehangaika huku na kule bila mafanikio, tatizo hapa ni resource.

    Nawakilisha wakuu.
