    Umezuka mvutano katika magazeti kati ya Kamanda wa Kikosi cha Usalama Barabarani na Mohamed Abdullah Mwenyekiti wa Tanzania Bus Owners Association kuhusu speed governors (Luku). Kikosi cha Usalama barabartani kinataka mabasi yote ya kwenda mikonai yafungwe speed governors by 20th February 2010, in accordance to the Road Traffic Act No 30 of 1973, amendementa of 1996; kama njia mojawapo ya kupunguza ajali za barabarani na loss of innocent lives; na TABOA wanasema hawafungi n'go.

    Je ni nani yuko right?

    Life span ya speed governor ni muda gani?
    Je kuna haja gani ya kufunga kidhibiti mwendo ambacho baada ya muda mfupi kinaacha kufanya kazi?
    Kuna watu wana maslahi na hizo governors

    As far as sheria ipo,atakayeshinda ni anayeungwa mkono na sheria katika argument zake. Bus owners wanatakiwa kufuata sheria.

    Kwamba, hata wakati ule hizo speed governors zinafungwa, bado mabasi yalikuwa yanapitiliza mwendo, basi liliotoka Dar muda fulani labda linategemewa Chalinze baada ya masaa 2 kwa kuwa na speed governor lakini linafika kwa lisaa 1. Pale Chalinze (kwa mfano) askari wa usalama barabarani analiona hilo lakini basi litaachiwa liendelee na safari.

Na mengine mengi tu yaboreshwe lkn ukitegemea adhabu sijui vidhibiti mwendo hakuna lolote sana sana trafiki watafurahia tuu maana litawaongezea wigo wa makosa hence kuongea mianya ya rushwa.

    Ajali zitapungua pale tu watanzania tityakapoanza kuwadai fidia kubwa kubwa wamiliki wa mabasi wasiozingatia sheria, basi kutokuwa na speed governor ni moja ya ushaidi wa kuiwezesha mahakama kukupatia fidia mdai, Tuanze kutumia mahakama. Wanasheria tusaidieni katika hili mtapata fees zenu.
