KERO: Huduma mbovu kwa wateja

If you ask me 'Please advise!' nitasema hivi First of all technology imepaa sasa hivi karibu kila mtu ana simu whereby camera ni among features... sasa kizuri na muhimu ni wewe uendapo bank weka camera yako standby pamoja na button ya kurekodi sauti mwache huyo anaitwa customer service desk aanze kumwaga utumbo wake basi bonyeza halafu achana naye wewe karushe kwenye luninga au youtube halafu uone management zote iwe ni bank posta etc wataamka usingizini.. tumechoka na huu uzembe.
 
Mie nilikwenda UDSM branch pale CRDB. Kuna dada mmoja alikuwa anact kama Branch manager nikawa ninafanya transfer ya funds. Infact yule dada aliniibia. Maana alinipa rate zisizo nikamuonyesha kuwa natambua ananiibia. Akadai leo jumamosi hatuna watu wa back to back kufacilitate hiyo transaction ndiyo maana ninakuuzia kwa rate hii (yaani ya cash based instead of non-cash). Kwakuwa nilikuwa ninawahi safari nikamuachia lakini nitarudi ninahakika atajaribu tena kuiba na nitamkamata. Yaani benki wanawaza hata kuibia wateja. Unajua wanaamini watu wengine hawafaham kabisa juu ya haki zao kama wateja au hawana ufaham na huduma wanazoenda kuzifuata.

Customer service pale iko down to zero -- just negative something hivi !!! kuna siku moja nilienda kuweka fedha kwenye acc ya rafiki yangu nikajuta, 4.30hrs kwenye foleni!!! nakubaliana na foleni kutokana na wingi wa wateja, but yule teller aliyekua anatuhudumia ni kichefuchefu.. kila dakika analonga na simu yake ya mkononi mara katoka kenda back office na mteja mmoja kwake anachukua more than 15min just a simple deposite !!! anakua na mambo yake lukuki hapo counter... yaani hawapo kabisa !!!! I don't know when this things will change kwa kweli ...

"Customer Service" in ALL industries in TANZANIA is PATHETIC!

- Usafiri (Daladala/Baja/taksi: Toa Nauli ya elfu 5 asubuhi utapata matusi mpaka ya nguoni!)
- Petrol stations (wahudumu wanakuangalia kama vile umekuja kuomba wakujazie mafuta)
- Hotel (restaurants/migahawa: ikiwahi asubuhi lazima ule masalia ya jana)
- Supermarkets (ma-cashier wanaongea na simu masaa yote - hata kama kwenye foleni mpo mia moja)
- Baa (kama hupendi kutoa tip bia inaweza kuchukua nusu saa kuja mezani au glassi utapewa chafu)
- Maduka (wamiliki hawajui neno "Karibu" - anakutizama kwanza halafu ukiulizia bidhaa unayotaka kununua anajibu as if haapatakula siku2)
- Hospital (need I say anything on this?)
- Maofisi ya Serikali ( wafanyakazi wote either wanaongelea welidi cup au wasoma magazeti ya Shigongo au just gossiping)
- Nyumba za Ibada (a different story all together!)
- the list goes on
 
Tz customer service ni issue nami nasubiri ATM kadi yangu sasa mwezi wa pili kwa hawa STANBIC.
We need to change na ili soko la EA jamani watz tutaambulia kubeba zege.
Unakuta mtu anahudumia amenuna kama amemeza krolokwin kama kazi huipendi au mshahara mdogo chapa mwendo.
 
MY GOD. NILIFIKIRI NIKO MWENYEWE. nilifungua Accounttarehe 5 Mwezi wa nne nikapata ATM card mwezi wa 6 tarehe 20.

Hadi tarehe 1/7/2010 hiyo kadi haijawa activated. MBAYA zaidi lengo langu lilikuwa kutumia hiyo MASTER card yao for online transaction. ETI BRANCH manager ananiambia hiyo service haipo wakati ndio tanagazo lao la kila siku. SO what is the use calling it Master card with the international Master card emblem while it is not? THIS IS MORE THAT A JOKE. Nimeamua kuchukua fedha zangu huyoooo to another bank

ni kweli kabisa aisee... nadhani mtu waliyemuweka kwenye procurement ni corrupt na ameshakula pesa za vendors, so vendors ndio wenye nguvu kuliko client. Ni tatizo kubwa hilo, au si ajabu zinatoka india maana exim ni wahuni sana

The problem nadhani inaenda mpaka kwenye recruitment policy zao ndio maana wanapata mafamba

kauli chafu, presentation sifuri kabisa, mwamko uishajifia kabisa. yaani asubuhi mtu anaenda kazini bora tu ameenda. hafikirii hat ajinsi gani ataifanya huduma anyotoa kuw ana mvuto zaidi. kiwango kinaenda chini kila kukicha. sijui what kind of inspiration and motivation will real solve this problem!!

Tatizo la kutokuwa na mtu mbadala wakati mhusika hayupo nafikiri ni 'insecurity that leads to selfishness', 'incompetence', 'nepotism'. Please seek audience with their branch manager or managing director. Do they say about the maximum time to issue ATM cards, say, in their brochure, website? If yes, please go with that info to their top manager.

Inaelekea umeshaliza customer service zaidi ya mara moja, kaza buti mwana iko siku watabadilika. Wakipatikana wateja 100 kama wewe nina hakika mambo yatabadilika kuelekea kwenye ubora.
 
Exim Bank........ wanajinadi na ma ATM machines zao all over the place.... cha ajabu ile mobile ATM wameifungia nyuma office yao opp. na Kitega uchumi.... nimeshatembea ATM karibu kumi hasa zile zilizo nje kidogo ya City centre... mfano kinondoni kigamboni, kijitonyama (sayansi) na nyingine nyingi zote OFF( namaanisha zimezima kabisa sio kwamab hazina pesa yaani nothing works pale.... na hizo zilizobaki ukienda ATM unafanya finger cross kuombea ukute inafanya kazi.. yaani pesa yangu mwenyewe bado nikienda kuchukua nianze kusali sala za toba ili nikute inafanya kazi au niwahi kuondoka... this is INSANE....nina mpango wa kutengeneza kibubu changu .. na kiseti kila wiki kiwe kinanitemea kiasi flan tu.. nikipata tharura ni kukopa kwa kwenda mbele
 
Jamani msishangae sana na mambo haya.Watu wapo kwenye migomo 'Baridi' hasa baada ya Mzee wa Mbayuwayu kuwatolea nje kwenye mishahara na hao wa sekta binafsi may be wana mabifu na waajiri wao.
Mie siamini kama kweli watu hawajui customer care.Mbona masemina ya customer care yanafanyika kila siku????Na isitoshe ukarimu kwa wageni/wateja ni jambo la kibinadamu hasa kwa hapa Tanzania.
Hao wote wamejikatia tamaa na maisha na wanafanya makusudi kabisa na ni kwa sababu hakuna acountability.

nilitumia six months kupata ile kadi yao,lakini IT WAS BETTER maanake huko kwingine ni hakufai

bht, you just should have gone ahead and turned the day into one of those days of yours and give the cashier a piece of your mind. the dirty one. i really hate those Semi-God cashiers, receptionists and attendants of this or that service who think they can answer a costumer any way they like!

Mwana, i asked that lady jana kwamba ATM inachukua muda gani kuwa ready? akasema a month. nikamjibu okay a month lakini it's been two months already going for the third nafuatilia the same thing and what will you tell me next time if i dont get it??? she just looked at me with ugly eyes hakusema kitu. nikamrudisha kwenye main point ya kwa nini wasieke mtu mbadala kuhudumia wateja??

Baba Desi pasingetosha, nasema hivo nikijiju awat kind of an animal bht turns to be when she looses her mind!!! any u knw the funny thing is she was firing the attendant who asked her to refund my cash!!! nikajiuliza huyu anajua yuko hapa kufanya nini??

Charity hizo semina na trainings zinafanyika sana lakini i tell you what, watu wanaenda kupata per-diem na si kujifunza. concentration na seriousness haipo. kwa sababu wanajua we have no where else to run to hata ukihama matataizo ni yaleyale. nafikiria kuanzisha benki yangu mwenyewe.
