Yani jamani hasira zimenipanda mpaka kwenye koo. kwa nini hakuna customer service inayoeleweka hapa Tanzania?? sio makampuni binafsi sio mashirika binafsi na ya umma kotekote ni balaa.

Mtu unaenda benki unahitaji huduma rahisi tuu kupewa ATM card ambayo uliambiwa urudi baada ya mwezi ukarudi ukaambiwa bado haijawa tayari. ukapewa tena wiki mbili ukaamua kuchukua mwezi kabisa uwape muda wa kutosha. unarudi baada ya mwezi unamkuta yule anayetoa kadi hayupo kapata sijui dharura or something.

Unaongea na assistant branch manager unamuambia umekuja kuchukua ATM card and she tells you anayetoa hayupo so what kama hayupo??? unamuuliza okay fine hayupo but atleast there has to be someone else to take cover anakupa silly excuses with some stupid attitude sijui si nishasema ni emergency kashindwa kuja sijui security reasons sijui hakuna mwenye password zaidi yake kwa nini kusiwe na mtu anayechukua desk in cases like these??? anakuangilia like what is wrong with this mtu standing on my desk asking me all these questions??? utadhani mtu akiwa hayupo basi na ofisi imehama au imeondoka naye.

We need to change kwa kweli. nyie wote wenye makampuni na ofisi inabidi muanzishe trainings za customer service kwa wafanyakazi wenu especially BANKS. mtapoteza wateja. ni bora kubank fedha account za nje kuliko kubank za hapa na huduma zenu mbovu. MBADILIKE.
 
Pole sana JS. I feel your frustration. Next time you go and they give you the run around tell them to go to hell and burn and take your business somewhere else. I have a very low tolerance threshold when it comes to poor customer service.
 
Kama unatafuta bank nyingine usijaribu CRDB utakuwa umeruka jojo umekanyaga nnya. Mie yalinikuta kama hayo Kijitonyama branch ikabidi niwe mpole tu.
 
Tanzania hatuna lugha nzuri ya Customer care ..hivi unadhani huyo Uliyeongea nae angekupa maneno mazuri hata kama mhusika hayupo sidhani kama ungejisikia vibaya
Lakini hapa nchini kwetu TZ sahau haipo na sijui kama itakuja kutokea ..
Mie siku moja Pesa yangu ilinitoa machozi.. nasikia hasira mie
 
EXIM bank

MY GOD. NILIFIKIRI NIKO MWENYEWE. nilifungua Accounttarehe 5 Mwezi wa nne nikapata ATM card mwezi wa 6 tarehe 20.

Hadi tarehe 1/7/2010 hiyo kadi haijawa activated. MBAYA zaidi lengo langu lilikuwa kutumia hiyo MASTER card yao for online transaction. ETI BRANCH manager ananiambia hiyo service haipo wakati ndio tanagazo lao la kila siku. SO what is the use calling it Master card with the international Master card emblem while it is not? THIS IS MORE THAT A JOKE. Nimeamua kuchukua fedha zangu huyoooo to another bank
 
Mkuu pole, mie niko Arusha na niko frustrated than ever with this bank, tangu mwezi march nafuatilia ATM card mpaka leo. Niliwatumia email customer care Dar hata ile courtesy ya ku acknowledge my complaints hawakufanya sembuse kujibu email yenyewe. It is so disgusting

nimetoka sasa hivi kugombana on the same thing, hii bankni ya kipuuzi kweli, eti ukitakakuchukuahelapia ukajazie ile karatasi mbele ya teller.

guess what ni miaka zaidi ya miwili nimeka bila kadi ya ATM kwa sababu ya upumbavu wao wa kutupiga kalenda. the last time I went ilikuwa may mwishoni wakadai wanabadili kadi nirudi tar29 june. leo muhusika wakutoa kadi hayupo, na kwa waliopewa ATM cards hazifanyi kazi.

It was a total chaos........mteja kagoma kuonokampka wampe nauli liyotumia miezi 7 kufutilia card ya ATM
 
upuuzi mtupu, mimi salary yangu ikiingia nachukua changu nahmishia kwingine mchezo unaishia hapo.

hii bank sijawahi kwenda na nisiwe disappointed. its either system this, procedures that, full upupu.
 
Sasa ni bank ipi ambayo ina customer service nzuri?Ukweli ni kwamba wanategemea wateja ili waweze kumudu biashara yao. Kama hawawezi kukumudu vizuri na huridhiki, achana nayo na tafuta bank nyingine ambayo inamudu mahitaji yako. Tatizo lililopo Tanzania ni kuwa ukiwa hata kama u mtja na unalipia huduma hiyo, watoa huduma wanaona kama sio haki yaj´ko na ni lazima uwabembeleze. Wale wenye huduma mbali mbali hawana budi kuona udhaifu huu na kuboresha huduma zao ili waweze kukamata soko vizuri.
 
Customer service bongo ni ziro.mteja kwao ni adui wao wala si mfalme.

hakuna kitu kinacho ni udhi kama mtu anipe usumbufu kwenye swala la hela yangu ambayo nimeitolea jasho.sasa mtu unasumbuliwa kupewa atm card mda wote na sababu ni za kipuuzi tu.

mda umefika sisi watanzania kushirikiana na kuyaanika makampuni yote ambayo yenye usumbufu hili tukae nayo mbali na pia tusi sahau kuyataja makampuni yenye kutoa uduma nzuri hili wengine nao waweze kwenda huko.

Kwel huduma mbovu kwa wateja!..sasa Exim&Postal a/c zangu nimeshafunga kwa upuuzi huo,hela yako huduma mbovu!

CRDB ndiyo ipo active siyo kwamba wana huduma bora ila kuwa na a/c zaidi ya mbili na huduma zenyewe kama unaomba msaada unaweza kuwa na hasira kila unavyoingia na kutoka benki..

Na nikitaka kitu toka ndani ya benki hii, nawasiliana na nimjuaye ndo iliyobaki sasa nitafanyaje ndo maisha ya Tz!..
 
Kwa bongo kweli Benki kuna kazi, niliwahi kwenda NMB nikiwa na shida na jinsi yule dada alivyonijibu sijatamani tena kwenda. Since then niliwapiga chini. Wafanyakazi wengi wanakuwa na majibu ya ajabu utadhani babangu ndo kasababisha wakose posho!

You know what though...the whole concept of A1 customer service vis a vis business success is foreign to us. Serioulsy, if this were somewhere else where customer service is valued and respected, other outfits would be capitalizing on Exim banks mistakes. If you take your business somewhere else they would literally roll out the red carpet for you and make you feel like royalty just because you chose to do business with them and not the other.

But what can you expect from Miafrika anyway?

Nafikiri kuwe na msisitizo wa wafanyakazi wao kuvaa vitambulisho vinavyoonyesha majina yao ili iwe rahisi kuwa ripoti hawa watu wanaokera wateja. Na hili lifuatiliwe maana wengine huvivaa huku wamevigeuza ili kutoonyesha majina yao kutokana na ubovu wa utendaji wao ambao hata wenyewe wanajitambua. Maana sehemu zingine wanavaa vitambulisho halafu unapoenda kutaka huduma mtu anataka rushwa na kitambulisho chake kakigeuza. Kwakweli inauma sana pale unapotaka huduma ya pesa zako ulizozitolea jasho halafu unaanza kupewa majibu mabaya yenye kukasirisha.
Soko la pamoja la Afrika Mashariki limeanza rasmi leo, tusishangae kuona Wakenya, Waganda, Wanyarwanda na Warundi wamejaa kwenye benki na Hoteli zetu, n.k.
