Now it is official in Kenyan courts that the new dawn of automation has been embraced..........No more members of the Bar writing court proceedings....but presence of stenographers and video-conferencing including digitization of court records will expedite delivery of justice.

Now you can read court judgments few days after they been delivered through the kenyan reports electronic website, by a touch of a finger you can access even the cause lists and the days of going through the hardships of flipping through the courts' notice boards for the same information are now long gone......

Definitely, administrative costs will go down knowing long delays in hearing and discharging of justice will be tremendously cut down.

Here in Tanzania, judicial reforms is not even in the agenda of the ruling party...May be with Dr. Slaa's and Chadema ascension to power - a brighter future awaits us too here in Bongoland....Who knows.............
