Wakubwa Msaada tutani tafadhalini...!

Contract ya miaka miwili ninaimaliza 30th ya next month na I don't feel ku-renew. Je nalazimika kutoa notisi ya intent of not going to re-new contract?? Ni muhimu? Siwezi kukaa tuu siku zangu zikaisha nikaondoka kwa sababu ntakuwa siko chini ya mkataba?

Kwenye mkataba kuna phrase inayosema: If an employee wants to renew the contract, s/he should notify the employer atleast three months before expiry of the contract.

nadhan si lazma kutoa taarifa kama mkataba umeongelea cha kufanya ukitaka ku renew na haujaongelea ukitaka kupiga chini ufanye nn..

sio lazima kutoa notice kwa sababu kwenye contract yako haijacover abt that,but kama mwenzangu hapo juu alivyosema,sio mbaya kusema ili tu kuweka wema na mwajiri
 
ni muhimu kuachana kwa ustaarabu ili siku utahitaji kurudi hapo kama mkurugenzi iwe rahisi. Nadhani utaratibu ni kumpa one month notice kuonyesha nia ya kuto-renew mkataba. usisahau kuahidi kutoa ushirikiano in finding ur replacement... hopefully umesha-sort out ur financial plan.kila la kheri

Nashukuru kwa ushauri, japo kwa tabia ya employer wangu, whoever gives a notice to leave is being considered much less like someone who has decided to offend the organization. I guess the one month period itakuwa ngumu sana kwangu, they will just treat me as a traitor... But if that's the right thing to do (even if the law doesnt bind me on that) , I guess I will be left with no option b/c I always prefer doing things the right way..Thanks once again!
