    Baada ya kulalamikiwa tangu enzi za Mkapa, Bandari ya DAR walijidai watarekebisha na watarahisisha utaratibu wa kutoa mizigo

    Sasa hivi unaambiwa kuwa hali imezidi kuwa mbaya. Yaani Meli ikishashusha makontena Dar inaelekea Mombasa basi wewe unaweza kutoa Contena au LORI lako kule Mombasa kwa chini ya masaa 12 tuu wakati DAR kuna UHAKIKA wa mizigo kukwama kwa MIEZI 4 mpaka 6

    Sasa nishachoka kuwa mzalendo mfuata bendera

    Nawashauri ndugu zanguni, kama muna Mizigo yenu au Magari yenu basi maneno MOMBASA


    Na suala lingine ni la NUMBER PLATE registration

    Hivi kama Tanzania ni nchi moja kwa nini Gari ziwe na number plate za ZANZIBAR? kwa faida ya nani? na kwa nini mtu ulipie kuwa na number plate za Zanzibar wakati nayo ni Tanzania? jE UNAPATA MATATIZO KUTOA MAGARI YAKO DAR?

    Solution: SHUSHA GARI ZAKO ZANZIBAR achana na DAR kule kuna wazimu mtupu

    Kule nako hali ni mbaya zaidi kuliko na solution za kule sizijui ila najua kuwa ukishusha ile moniitor ya APPLE COMPUTER basi jiandae kuambiwa kuwa NI KIFAA CHA SINEMA hivyo utatozwa kodi ya TV

    ndio hali hiyo huko Nyumbani mnakopigiwa makelele muende kupeleka Investments

    Ndugu zangu katika yote yanayokera Tanzania, msisahau uwanja wa ndege. Kwenye viwanja vyote vya ndehe nilivyowahi kupitia uwanja wa ndege wa Tanzania ni karaha sana, hasa ukiwa mtanzania mweusi.

    Kuna kampuni inayoitwa ultimate security ambayo kazi yake ni kufanya kazi za ulinzi wa majengo, lakini wameingizwa airport wanalofanya ni kunyanyasa tu watanzania weusi. Akipita mtanzania mhindi au mzungu hawamsumbui, kwa sababu kwanza kiingereza wanashindwa kuongea. Kisingizio chao wanasema eti wanataka kuhakikisha kuwa hakuna anayesafirisha dawa za kulevya, wakati wanaofanya kazi hiyo wanawalinda sana and they never go through cumbersome and humiliating procedures that others have to follow.

    Nyumbani jamani kutazidi kuwa ovyo tu. Uzalendo unatushinda hata huku kunakoitwa kuna wabaguzi atleast ukiwa na passport na visa wanakuheshimu sana. Inasikitisha.

    Nafikri ni wakati muafaka hapa JF wa kuwawashia moto hawa TPA na pale Airport.

    Wakati fulani nimeingia DIA mwenzangu aliyekuwa mbele ktk mstari akaambiwa ......"wewe kwa nini huna passport mpya........utakuwa huondoki hapa wewe.......ikabidi aitwe et Afisa wa juu kuhusiana na ile hali!!!!!,....yaani Mtanzania anarudi nyumbani kasimamishwa approximately 10 minutes eti kwa nini hana passport mpya....." zamu yangu ilipofika..............." wewe hii paasport mpya umeitoa wapi?.................." yaani pale Airport kuna vichekesho pale, wakati huo joto kweli kweli, siji zile AC wameshatengeneza!!!!!...............

    How in the world the private security company conduct check up in the airport. Tanzanian is dead, and trust me i'm not responsible for the funeral.

    Reports began to abound that although the container terminal operations traditionally generated high profit margins, revenues started to fall under the TICTS management, prompting the then Tanzania Harbours Authority director general, Samson Luhigo, to publicly criticise TICTS’ performance.

    Speaking at a function held at the Mtwara Port and also attended by then president Benjamin Mkapa, the THA boss declared:

    ’’A year before privatization of the container terminal in 1999/2000, profit after tax was close to 10bn/-, but a year after privatization in 2000/01, it went down to 4bn/-. The 2001/02 accounts which have been submitted to auditors point to an all-time low revenue of 0.04bn/-.’’

    Nevertheless, in 2005 - when TICTS was just halfway through its contract ? it was Mkapa himself who sensationally ordered the extension of the company’s contract by a whopping 15 years.

    Hardly a month before the end of his second and final term in office, the ex-president instructed the then Ministry of Communications and Transport to extend TICTS’ contract from the initial 10 years to 25 years.

    Apart from authorising the contract extension, Mkapa also ordered authorities to allow TICTS to use Berth number 8 and its adjacent land at the port of Dar es Salaam, and granted the company access to the Ubungo container depot to store excess containers that cannot be accommodated in the port area itself due to constraints of storage

    Bwagamoyo na Mtwara.

    Bandari ya Dar tutaiwacha iwe ya majahazi tu.

    Sambamba na mipango ya muda mfupi kuondoa msongamano pale Dar Port, serikali ingeharakisha ujenzi wa daraja la Kigamboni ili upanuzi wa Bandari ufanyike kwa upande wa Kigamboni ambapo kuna ardhi ya kutosha na by extension ni sehemu ya Bandari.

    Huu utaraibu wa kuhamisha makontena na kuyapeleka Ubungo na kwingineko sio tu ni gharama bali pia ki-usalama ni hatari sana kwani kontena always zina attract waharifu.

    Mipango ya kujenga Bandarini nyingine Bagamoyo na kwingineko iwe ni ni super longterm strategy something like 20-30 years plan.

    Hili suala kila nikilikumbuka kichwani, kichwa huwa kinauma. Kwanini tumeshindwa kutengeneza daraja la Kigamboni mpaka leo?

    Kwenye serikali yangu ya kusadikika kichwani, Kigamboni ndio center kuu ya utalii Tanzania. Daraja la kisasa linajengwa, hoteli za kitalii, uwanja wa golf, barabara za maana, sehemu kwa ajili ya michezo mbalimbali kuanzia kuendesha magari mpaka baiskeli, matokeo yake kazi kama laki moja zinaweza kuwa created. Kila nikiwa likizo Spain na kuangalia jinsi wanavyotengeneza pesa kwenye visiwa vyao, wakati kikubwa walicho nacho ni bahari tu. Sisi tuna bahari, tuna culture, tuna wanyama kaskazini, tuna mlima Kilimanjaro, pia tuna vijana wenye nguvu wanaosubiri mama wa Kizungu kama kule Mombasa. Ukiweka pamoja, matokeo yake ni boom kwenye utalii.

    Jambo lingine ni bandari ya Tanga pamoja na ile ya Mtwara. Tanga kwa nchi za Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi nk wakati Mtwara kwa ajili ya nchi za kusini.

    Lakini kwa akili zetu, tunaongelea vyandarua vya dola 5M. Tukiwa wabunifu na
    kutokuwa mafisadi, hatuhitahi Bush atupe vyandarua.

    Sijui tulitenda nini na kupata laana kama hii ya kutokuwa wachungu wa kujiendeleza kijamii... sijuij kwa kweli, inahuzunisha na kutia hasira.. ila ninaimani kubwa kuwa tunaweza kabisa kutatua tukidhamiria.

    Najua tukiandamana tutapigwa mabomu ya machozi, tukigoma makazini tutafukuzwa, sasa, labda tu hii nguvu ya mmoja mmoja itajikusanya polepole kimaoni kama hivi na mwishowe kivitendo na kujikuta siku moja tuko mbele kabisa ya mstari wa mapambano hivyo kulineemesha taifa letu.

    Upo sahihi kabisa. Kule Kigamboni kuna "untaped" vast land ni mapori tu watu wanalima embe.

    Mpango ya kuwa na "Satelite town" ungeanzia kule wawalipe wananchi fidia mashamba yao watengeneze well plan town kule yenye kila kitu.

    U will be surprised to learn that baada ya kukamilika daraja mtu anaishi Kigamboni atasafiri sio zaidi ya 5km kuingia city centre yeye hata mtu anaekaa Mwenge atakuwa mbali na town.

    Last time I checked daraja lita cost not more than 60bn Tshs of that 50% ni grant kutoka Dutch Govt sasa hizo 30bn ndio wakubwa pale miundo mbinu wanapigana vikumbo. Doc haisogei bila mtu kuahidiwa kwanza.

    Matokeo yake ndio hayo sasa mikontena inalundikana tu na tu a resort tu kwenye mipango yetu ya zima moto sijui task force ku clear containers sijui kamati ya nini yaani kupeana ulaji tu wakati solution imelala ktk makabrasha ofisini mwao.

    NB: hizo 30bn haifiki hata 10% ya mihela iliyokwapuliwa ya EPA
