    Je, ni rahisi kwa taasisi kubwa kama Tanapa kusahihisha written interview (yenye maswali 25) ya zaidi ya watu 800 kwa masaa ma 5 tu na kutoa matokeo kuwa watu 30 pekee ndo wamefaulu kuendelea na oral interview?!

    ninasema hivyo kwa kuwa naona kama kuna rushwa na kujuana maana haingii akilini zaidi ya watu 800 pepa yao kusahihishwa kwa masaa ma 5 halafu eti matokeo yanawaruhusu 30 tu na wanaarifiwa the same day kuwa keshoye warudi for oral interview.

    ni hivi:
    tarehe 13 august kulikuwa a interview ya nafasi mbali mbali za kazi katika Tanapa.interview ilifanyikia msimbazi center saa 3 asubui mpaka saa 5 asubui.maswali 25 yalipitishwa kwa watahiniwa ili wayafanye.ilipofika saa 11 jioni majina ya watu 30 waliofaulu kuingia oral interview yakabandikwa.sio matokeo ya watahiniwa wote waliofaulu,bali ni majina tu na wala haionyeshi maksi zao.
    nina wasi wasi matokeo na majina yalishapangwa kitambo na ile interview ilikuwa ni kutimiza wajibu tu..naomba vyombo vinavyohusika vilifuatilie suala hili ili kuondoa kujuana ndani ya taasisi hizi kubwa za serikali

    Ukitaka kuumia zaidi pata cv za waliopata hizo nafasi itabidi upumzishwe kwa muda pale mount meru hospitali, maana pressure itakuwa juu sana

    Sasa Mkuu hapo kashfa ni ipi, kutumia muda mfupi kusahihisha, au kuwa wepesi na kutoa majina haraka iwezekanavyo? Waulize lecturers kwenye most of our public universities kuwa mtu mmoja anasahihisha karatasi ngapi kwa muda gani ndo utuaminishe kama kuna kashfa au la. Ungetuhakikishia wasiwasi wako kwa kutueleza pia wasahihishaji wa interview yenu walikuwa wangapi na aina ya maswali ilikuwaje. Mie binafsi multiple choice questions za mashwali 25 naweza kumaliza kusahihisha karatai 1000 kwa saa moja na nusu kwa kuchelewa.

    mbona kawaida tena mpaka vituo vya kazi wameshapangiwa na kazi wameanza na kwenye hiyo interview hawakuwepo.

    Hahaha unaongelea tanapa alaa huko c swala la kuuliza atii kujuanaa lazimaa watu tusha apply kazi huko mara kibao na qualifications tunazo hawatuchukuii ukiona watu wanaochukuliwa utabaki na mshangaooo ,,!!

    Hii hoja ukiiangalia kwa wepesi jibu lako linaweza kuwa sawa,lakini kwa undani utagundua kuna tatizo naanza na hili,

    Kuna interview ilifanyika Dodoma chuo cha Hombolo tarehe 7/8/12 kwa maswali ya kujieleza ya professional yalikuwa 5 kwa watu zaidi ya 200 na yalisahihishwa na watu wengi wao hawakuwa professional kwa kutumia marking scheme.Nafikiri unajua tatizo la marking scheme kwa professional level kwani mara nyingi inatumika professional judgement kwa kitu husika.
    Tarehe 10/8/12 mtihani ule ule ulienda kufanyika Arusha kwa watu tofauti na wengine walikuwa kwenye mtihani wa awali pale Hombolo.Kwa maana hii kuvuja kwa interview hizi ni kukubwa na hata paper inapoletwa inakuwa wazi(not sealed).

    MY TAKE;
    Umefika wakati sasa hizi interview kwa maana ya mitihani itungwe na kusimamiwa na Bodi za kitaaluma km Bodi za engineering,uhasibu,udaktari na n.k.Tume ya utumishi ibakize kushortlist majina yapelekwe bodi husika na mtihani wa mchujo then kwa ajili ya oral ifanywe na tume ya utumishi kushirikiana na mwajiri mtarajiwa.

    HAPA KWENYE BLUE nakubaliana na wewe, ila mleta mada anatulazimisha tuamini kuna kashfa bila kutupa clues zilizoshiba za tuhuma zenyewe. hili ndo tatizo langu. Muda wa kusahihisha na kutoa majibu nilitegemea lilikuwa la kupongezwa na si kuwa kigezo cha kukosa uadilifu!

    Ni kweli suala la muda wa usahihishaji sio tatizo,labda alitakiwa aeleze kama mtihani huo ulisahishwa na watu wasio na taaluma huska na aina ya mtihani kama multiple choice au true or false.
