    Ukosefu wa Uaminifu katika Biashara ndiyo tatizo kubwa sana linalo gharimu sana katika biashara, Biashara nyingi sana zimekufa kutokana tatizo hili.

    Uaminifu unamaana kubwa sana ktk nyanja hii, mfano km wewe ni mmiliki wa Duka, Bar, Mgahawa, Genge, Kiosiki, nk. Basi unaajiri watu au mtu kwa ajiri ya kukusaidia katika biashara yako au unamchukua ndugu yako au rafiki yako unamuweka katika biashara. Mnakaa mnakubarina kiwango cha mshahara au manufaa atakayoyapata kutoka kwenye biashara hiyo.Pia mnakubariana namna ya kuendesha kazi yaani kanuni za kuendesha biashara husika..

    Basi na kuhakikishia usipokuwa macho utaibiwa tu, utafilisika tu, watu siku hizi hawaaminiki.usifikirie kwamba kwa vile ni Mke wako, Dada yako,Mdogo wako, Kaka Yako, Mjomba wako, Rafiki yako, au Mlokole mwenzio basi hawezi kukuibia, ndg hilo unajidanganya tu. Weka uzibiti maalumu wa Biashara yako hakikisha kila siku unafanya mahesabu km huwezi kufanya kila siku basi fanya angalau kwa kila wiki au kila mwezi au kila baada ya miezi mitatu. Usichelewe sana kufanya mahesabu kwani kadiri utakavyo chelewa ndo kadri hasara itakavyokuwa kubwa hatimae biashara itakufa.

    Usifanye biashara kwa mazoea tu, jifunze namna ya kutunza kumbukumbu za biashara yako. Wajasiliamali wengi hawaweki kumbukumbu katika biashara zao hili ni tatizo kubwa sana. Matokeo yake ni kufa kwa biashara au kudumaa kwa biashara, kila mwaka utakuwa unapiga makitaimu uko pale pale tu, au unapanda kidogo tu.

    Unapo weka kumbukumbu za biashara yako inakusaidia wewe kujua namna biashara yako inavyokua au inavyoanguka. Kwa hiyo unakuwa na uwezo wa kufanya maamuzi sahihihi kwa mda muafaka. Usifanye biashara kwa kuangalia kwa macho tu, bila ya kufanya mahesabu.yaani kuna baadhi ya wafanyabiashara hasa hasa wenye maduka huwa wanaangalia tu jinsi bidhaa ilivyojaa kwenye ngazi za duka au jinsi stoo ilivyojaa basi wanaamini kuwa wanasonga mbele kumbe wapi. Huwezi kujua hasara au faida kabla ya kufanya mahesabu (STOCK TAKING).

    Pia tatizo lingine linalowakabiri wa fanyabiashara ni kuchanganya madeni mfano, wewe unaenda kukopa pesa Bank mathalani unakopa Tsh 4ml na liba ya Tsh 760,000/= jumla umekopa 4, 7600, 000/= lazima pesa hiyo uilipe hiyo sio sadaka, usianze kufanya mambo yaliyoinje na malengo ya mkopo, mfano usiende kulipia karo ya mototo au kununua makochi utafungwa bure.Pia lazima uwe na kikomo cha ukopaji usipende kukopa tu kila mahali mfano, Bank umekopa, kwa John umekopa, kwa Musa umekopa ,kwa IDDI umekopa na kwa Masawe umekopa pia.je utaweza kumeneji madeni yote hayo kwa wakati mmoja?. Matokeo yake ni kukimbia tu.au kufirisiwa utaanza kuishi km digidigi.

    Pia km unaweka bidhaa stoo basi kuwa makini sana kwani wafanyabiashara wengi wanafirisika kutokana na kukosa udhibiti wa mali iliyoko stoo( gharani) hakikisha unakuwa na hesabu kamili ya vitu vilivyoko stoo weka kumbukumbu ya kila kinacho toka na kuingia stoo.usipokuwa makini utafirisika tu, watu wanaibiwa sana kuwa makini.Pia hakikisha vitu vinakaa kwa usalama bila kuharibika .pia usiwe mbali sana na biashara yako, angalau uwepo kila mara kuhakikisha mambo yanaenda sawa.Usiamini watu tu eti watakufanyia kila kitu hakuna biashara ni wewe mwenyewe.

    Usitafute mchawi kwenye Biashara yako elewa kuwa Mchawi ni wewe MWENYEWE wala USITAFUTE MGANGA WA BIASHARA YAKO ELEWA KUWA MGANGA NI WEWE MWENYEWE. Ninasema hivi kwa sababu ya baadhi ya wafanyabiashara kupenda sana mambo ya ushirikina wakiamini kwamba bila ya kwenda kwa mganga mambo hayawezi kwenda veme hii ni imani mbaya sana wengi imewakwamisha wengi wameangamia pia wameangamiza ndugu zao kwa ujinga huu.

    Hakuna mganga anaejua dawa ya biashara hakuna bali kuna mazingaombwe tu, na kulishwa imani mbovu. Km huyo mganga anajua dawa ya utajiri kwa nini yeye awe masikini au kwanini watoto wake wawe masikini.mnadanganyika bure tu, hakuna miujiza katika biashara usidanganyike.Dawa ni kufanya kazi kwa bidii na kuwa Mkalimu kwa wateja na kujitaidi kuweka kumbukumbu za biashara vizuri. Pia kujitaidi kuwa muaminifu ukikopa kumbuka kulipa usipokuwa muaminifu watu hawatakuamini elewa kuwa biashara ni uaminifu.Pia weka malengo ya biashara yako.

    Swala la uaminifu ndio hasa biashara yenyewe. Nakuunga mkono kwa hoja hii kwani mimi yamenikuta siku si nyingi. Ushauri wangu kwa wajasiriamali wenzangu: Usitafute mwanaume kushika fedha zako wakati haupo, tafuta mdada au mmama - wanawake wanaweza kudokoa lakini ni wagumu sana kufanya maamuzi ya kukimbia na fedha kama wanaume.

    ...kwenye mipango yako, jiwekee nidhamu ya usimamizi, ufuatiliaji na urekebishaji pale penye mapungufu.
    Hawakuwa wajinga waliosema 'mali bila daftari, hupotea bila habari', ndiyo maana kuna profit and loss account, etc etc...

    ...kumbuka lengo, nia na madhumuni ya kuanzisha hiyo biashara. Kama ilikuwa ni kuganga njaa tu, hasara haitokuwa ajabu kwako.
