Let see, John Terry the Captain of England National Soccer team, who is a married man, decided to provide "comfort affection" to his friend and co players' baby mama ! The issue is now public and going to JoeBurg for World Cup, it is had for bridge and rest of the England players to be under leadership of a captain Mliwazaji Terry who crossed the line.

Proper vetting is key to quality leaders. Umefikia wakati sasa, mambo yote wanayofanya watawala wetu gizani tuyaweke hadharani.

Yaelekea measures to be taken (or not to be taken) zinategemea kama mhusika ni mwanamtandao au hapana, ndio maana Mramba na Yona (Alex Stewart & Kiwira) wapo kwenye msukosuko ila Lowassa na Rostam (Richmond/Dowans, EPA & Kagoda) hawawezi kuguswa.

Issue ya Ngeleja na Mlinzi ndiyo usiseme. Nina hasira...

    Kinyambiss,

Ama kila kitu kwako lazima kiwe specific or direct la sivyo ni non applicable.

I think that Terrys main problem was that he tried to gag the press and failed. They're the ones driving this storm of shit he's now at the centre of. I'm not saying he hasn't behaved like a cunt, I think he has over a good few years, but none of this would be being discussed if he hadn't tried to shut the press up and he tried to shut them up over Bridges ex.

All this stuff about team morale doesn't add up, no person has any right to get annoyed over someone poling their ex however unpalatable it may seem, we're all adults and that. Footballer fucksss bird isn't normally a big story either. It seems to me that in the eyes of journalists his main crime was attempting to restrict their ability to write what they like.

I think we just have to accept an extremely large amount of young men, however they achieve their fame and money, are going to start acting like arssseholes, if we start applying a too harsh a moral code or examining footballers lives minutely then there'll only be a couple of players left to be Cap'n, Ingraaand if anyone is really that bothered about the position anyway.

Ohhh JF and Chelsea sucks anyway..nakesho tunawafunga

    Wow GT,

Yaani JF sucks mbona umerudi na kuongezea mbolea kwenye hili jambo?

You spoke about Terry's intentions to conceal his acts, same thing with our corrupt politicians and leaders who after breaking a law or a principle, they will use whatever means to cover up their mess at the expense of Wananchi!

So in addition to Promiscuity which is breach of trust, there is an attempt to cover up the mess, conceal, hide, bury it!

Ohh, by the way Hasanali Brothers are going to be toasted again by th bridge, a storm after the Manu destruction!

Public figures have been counting on this type of attitude for years, to allow their public and private images to coexist. This basically means that they can conduct their private lives by doing what they want, when they want, taking no responsibility for their actions, while their careers continue unscathed, reaping the financial benefits of "clean and wholesome" public images that do not reflect the true nature of their persona. This disingenuous manner of benefiting from a perceived image that is rather far removed from the truth is definitely in the public interest.

Were personal gain not included in the equation, perhaps the story would be different. As it stands, they do not deserve legal protection that enables them to carry on regardless. After all, we non public figures are not afforded such a luxury.

FM Membe should stay tuned ...

    Wacha,

I know your hurting with 2 goals behind Almunia's back but the Terry and Capello story is just an example of measuring leadership when maadili falls apart.

Have you forgoten about case studies? we can exmine a political and leadership situation using even footbal leadership as case study!

All in all, tamaa au vishawishi, kuzini bado ni dhambi.

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Footballers are brain dead cunts and overpaid thugs who would probably be in prison if they didn't have a talent for kicking balls around.

    Ohh Wenger must also go!
