    I have a bachelor of Computer science,

    Good knowledge on software development(web design and desktop application) with programming languages
    (Java, C, C++ and PHP)

    Database designing and development (Oracle and Mysql)...

    Computer maintenance and Network technician..

    Two years back graduated with several month of practical field experience, never employed...

    Serious I need to exercise my career that I can manage my life..

    Ni ushauri wangu tu, jee kulikuwa na haja ya kuandika kwa kiingilishi? kama unahisi ni muhimu kutumia kiingilishi basi nakushauri wakati unazidi kutafuta kazi, tafuta mahali pa kujifunza zaidi lugha hii.
    Pia umekusudia nini ulipoorodhesha skills zako na kusema computer maintenance and network technician?
    umesema umemaliza masomo miaka miwili iliyopita (naamini ndivyo ulivyokusudia kusema) na hukuwahi kuajiriwa isipokuwa miezi michache ya field inakuwaje kuwaje sasa unajiita IT specialist? Fikiri sana usiwe unatumia maneno tu.

    wewe nawe kwani si ni uamuzi wa mtu kuandika kingereza au kiswaili! Tatizo liko wap? Mbona kaandika vizuri, define specialist by using ur own linguistic phenominology?

    Nimesoma nchi yenye francophone system under Tz government scholarship na TCU nimepita tayari...
    Francophone system wanatumia wastani sio kama Anglophone, Wastani wangu wa miaka yote ni 12.3/20
    TCU wako katika mchakato wa kubadili in GPA na tuko wengi kwenye hili, kwani hiyo nchi sasa ni kama
    wameingia mkataba wa permanent scholarship na serikali yetu....

    Niliamua kukaa kimya baada ya mtu wa mwanzo kubisha nilichosema, lakini kwa kauli yako nimeshindwa kukaa kimya. Tatizo la watanzani ni kuwa hatupendi kukosolewa, english ni dhaifu, halafu makampuni yakichukua wakenya na raia wa nchi za nje tunalalamika. Utasemaje kuwa hakuna makosa katika alichokiandika? ameandika kiswahili-english na sote tumeweza kufahamu kwa sababu tu tumesoma ujumbe wake kwa kiswahili-english. Sina muda wa kubishana na asotaka kueleweshwa lakini ona sentensi hii kwa mfano.

    Inawezekana kuwa ina make sense kwa sababu ndivyo kiswahili utakavyosema, lakini jee ni sawa grammatically? jawabu ni SIO. Sina tatizo kuomba kipindi cha kwanza cha kiingereza kufundisha laiti watu kama wewe wanaodhani wanajua ilhali hawajui wangelijiunga kuja kuelimishwa. Sisemi mimi ni mtaalamu wa kiingereza au najua na kusema kiingereza sahihi, ila najitahidi kujirekebisha na kila siku kujifunza zaidi lugha hii, na nionapo mtu amekosea namkosoa, sio kwa dhihaka kama ulivyoleta ujumbe wako hapa.

    Na yule alokuja hapa na kutaka kubisha juu ya matumizi ya neno specialist na kutaka mim nimpe definition ya neno specialist sina hata la kusema. Tatizo ni lile lile watanzania tumeazima neno kutoka katika lugha nyengine na tunalitumia kwa namna tunavyotaka sisi, ambayo sio kosa, lakini unapotaka kulitumia neno lile lile kwenye lugha tulioazima neno hilo huwezi kulitumia kama tunavyolitumia kwenye lugha yetu. Ukitaka kuona maana ya neno specialist tizama kwenye dictionary au goolgle na utaona kuwa
    neno specialist daima linakuwa refered to an expert in a profession. Pia labda tizama link hii itakusaidia specialist - definition of specialist by the Free Online Dictionary, Thesaurus and Encyclopedia.

    Kwa ufupi jamaa ndio kwanza amemaliza masomo yake (miaka miwili iliyopita), hajawahi kufanya kazi katika area yeyote ile ya IT, itakuwaje awe yeye ni specialist? huyu ni graduate tu. Watu hufanya kazi katika area moja ya fani yao ya kazi kwa muda na kuwa na kuwa na uzoefu wa kutosha ndio wakaitwa specialist.

    Labda nikupe mfano, huwezi kumwita tu daktari yeyote, daktari bingwa (specialist), hiyo sio sahihi sahihi ni daktari bingwa wa moyo/ wa mifupa etc na ndio hivyo hivyo kwenye field tafauti ikiwemo IT. Mtu wa IT anaweza kuwa specialized mfano kwenye data mining, databases and criminal justice systems, forensics and IT security, system analyst, technical support, cyber crime, system designer na kadhalika.
