    World vision employs people on the basis of religious belief in addition to their merit, this compromises efficiency and serves to just create resentment and conflict. Fisi tuu hawa.

    Najiluza hiyo nafasi ya world Vision kwanini mkristo tu ndo anahitajika kwani anaenda kuwa mchungaji au padri au ndo udini ambao unapigiwa kelele kila kukicha.Nadhani si busara kutoa nafasi kwa upendeleo wa kidini inawezekana ni mengi ya udini yanatendeka kimya kimya katika ajira ambayo hayatangazwi.Kwa tangazo hili la world vision nadhani ni wazi udini upo sana katika ajira ndo maana kuna kundi moja la dini limekuwa likilalamika miaka na miaka kuwa kuna udini ktk nyanja mbalimbali kuanzia Elimu ,ajira,afya na nyinginezo.Kwa watanzania hili halikubaliki kamwe

    World Vision wanajieleza wazi kuwa ni Shirika la Kikristo na sera zao ni kuajiri Wakristo tu hivyo si ajabu maana wanaeleza wazi. Ingekuwa ni ubaguzi wa hali ya juu kama wangewa-discriminate wasio Wakristo huku wakisema kuwa nafasi iko wazi kwa watu wa dini zote.

    Kwani OIC wanaajiri watu wa dini nyinginezo zaidi ya Waislamu? It is understood that there are secular organisatino and religious organisations and all of them they have got different employment policies.

    Wameweka wazi kwamba ni shirika la Kikristo na wanafanya kazi mpaka kwenye nchi za kiislam without comprimising their core value,mimi sioni shida wao kuweka wazi kwamba ni wakristo na wanaajiri wakristo (ingawa waislamu wapo na wanajulikana) kuliko wale ambao wanatangaza halafu wanafanya shortlisting kwa kuangalia dini,rangi n.k

    Kwa hiyo kwa uoni wangu si kila anayeona tangazo lazma aombe ni kama unaona unahitaji kufanya nao kazi na una vigezo ikwemo ukristo uliokomaa the go ahead.
