JK Brigde: Bei 805bn ni sahihi?

    Wakuu nimeshtushwa kidogo na huu mradi uliopewa jina kama Daraja la JK . Kinachonishtua ni gharama ya mradi huo

    Bofya hapa kwa habari zaidi: Kikwete Ndoto yangu imetimia

    My Take:
    1. Huu ni mradi safi kabisa na utafungua milango ya kiuchumi katika eneo hilo la Tanzania ambayo mingi imekuwa untaped for ages.

    2. Gogoro ipo kwenye hiyo bei, Tshs Bilioni 805 (Shillingi bilioni mia nane na tano) ni sawa na USD 503,125,000 sawa na Dola za kimarekani nusu bilioni na ushehe kwa exchange rate ya 1USD = Tshs 1600/=
    na hii ni kwa urefu wa 200m (mita mia mbili tu). Pamoja na kwamba mradi huo utajumuisha ujenzi wa barabara km48 na mambo mengine madogo madogo. bado naona bei ni kubwa mno unless waandishi wa habari leo wamekosea hiyo figure. Wote tunakumbuka habari ya daraja la China lenye urefu wa KM42 juu ya bahari (maelezo na picha hapo chini. Thamani yake ikiwa USD 1.5 Billion. Can some one convince me kwamba huo mradi wa daraja la JK thamani yake ni 1/3 ya daraja refu kuliko yote duniani??????

    3. Kama bei hiyo ya Tshs Bilioni 805 ni halali, huu si uthibitisho wa muendelezo wa ufisadi na JK kudanganywa?

    Kwakweli hapo naona kuna changa la macho ..lakini mie sioni ajabu kwani JK na chama chake cha kijani hawana muda kabisa wa kufukiri kuhusu wananchi wa nchi hii na ukiona kuna mradi unafanyika basi ujue tayari percent imepita...

    Hela haina thamani siku hizi wiki ilopita nilikuwa shahidi kiwanja cha less than 50 by 50 mts Kariakoo kimeuzwa 1.5 billion shillings.

    Ndiyo maana Tanzania haiendelei mpaka pale tutakapofanya mageuzi kamili. Rada ya dola 10m sisi tunainunua 30m, ndege ya dola milioni tano sisis tunainunua kwa dola millioni 30, daraja la 20m sisi tunalijenga kwa 200m, kazi ya mbunge yenye thamani ya 2m sisi tunailipia 10m. Hiyo ndiyo asili yetu ya mediocrity, itabidi tukubali kuishi nayo, ama sivyo tuingine mitaani tumwage jasho jekundu kwani dogo Mwema ameshaapa kuwa ana shaba za kutosha kutumiminia wote bila tatizo lolote.

    Mkuu unahitaji mhandisi kutilia shaka 42Km kwa USD 1.5 bn na hilo la JK 200 metres (0.2Km) kwa USD 0.5bn?

    Hiyo 64Km umetoa wapi wakati habari inasema 48Km. Well hata kama ni hivyo kwa hesabu tena ambazo ni inflated za Tanroads 1km ni sawa na Tshs Bilioni moja. Hivyo tunapata kwa barabara tu ni 48 bn ambayo ni only 6% ya gharama yote! Still kuna something fishy!

    Halafu wakuu tukichukulia hiyo comparison analysis hilo daraja la china ni juu ya bahari ati! Sasa hii ya Malagarasi ni mto ambao tukiamua kufanya extreme Engineering tunautengenezxea catchment area and then you pipe it kwa culverts say zenye diameter 6metres (urefu wa ghorofa mbili) I betcha hiyo gharama haiwezi fika hata nusu ya hiyo 805bn.

    THE Tanzania Roads Agency (TANROADS) has signed a contract with a South Korean M/S Hanil Engineering and Construction Company Limited for construction of Malagarasi Bridge in Kigoma region.

    Speaking at a brief signing ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer of Tanroads, Mr Ephraim Mrema, said the 275-metre long bridge construction project will be completed in the next three years.

    He said the project will be financed jointly by the Republic of Korea which will contribute USD 23 million and the government of Tanzania, which will also contribute USD 33 million, totalling USD 56 million - the value of the project. -SOURCE delenyuz

    HATIMAYE mchakato wa ujenzi wa daraja la Mto Malagarasi linalounganisha mikoa ya Kigoma na Tabora uliokwama tangu Uhuru, umeanza baada ya mkandarasi kutoka Korea kukabidhiwa eneo la mradi.
    Akitoa taarifa ya utekelezaji wa miradi ya ujenzi wa barabara na madaraja mkoani humo kwa mwaka wa fedha ujao, Meneja wa Wakala wa Barabara (TANROADS) wa Mkoa Kigoma, Harun Senkuku alisema ujenzi huo utakagharimu dola za Marekani milioni 56.
    Alisema mradi huo pia unajumuisha ujenzi wa kilometa 48 za barabara ya kiwango cha lami ambayo itashughulikiwa na kampuni ya Hanil Engineering and Construction Co. Ltd ya Korea chini Mhandisi Mshauri, kampuni ya Chell Engineering Ltd ya Korea.
    Meneja huyo alisema tayari kampuni hiyo imeoneshwa eneo la mradi na ameanza kukusanya vifaa kwa ajili ya kuanza ujenzi utakaojumuisha madaraja matatu yenye urefu wa meta 200, meta 50 na meta 25.
    Mradi huo uliosainiwa Oktoba 22, 2010 utachukua miezi 36 kukamilika na mkandarasi amekabidhiwa eneo la kazi Desemba 10, 2010 na kwa sasa anajipanga kujenga kambi ili kuanza ujenzi.
    Wakati ujenzi wa daraja hilo ukianza, mawasiliano kati ya Kigoma na Tabora kupitia bonde la mto huo yamekatika baada ya kujaa maji na kusababisha magari kuishia upande mmoja wa barabara na abiria kulazimika kupita kwa miguu juu ya daraja la treni na kupanda gari linguine upande wa pili.
    Sambamba na ujenzi wa daraja hilo, Menea huyo alisema ujenzi wa barabara ya Kidahwe – Uvinza kwa kiwango cha lami kwa urefu wa kilometa 76.6, utakaogharimu Sh bilioni 78.2
    utaanza wakati wowote chini ya utekelezaji wa kampuni ya CHICCO kutoka China na Mhandisi Mshauri, Kampuni ya International Consultants and Technocrats Pvt Ltd. ya India.
    Senkuku alisema mradi huo unaaza baada ya kutiwa saini Juni 22, 2010 na itachukua miezi 34 ambapo kwa sasa mkandarasi anakusanya vifaa katika eneo la Lugufu kwa ajili ya kuanza
    utekelezaji.
