    Wakuu wa jukwaa la uchumi nawasalimu.

    JUkwaa hili la uchumi ndilo jukwaa ambalo kila siku lazima nilichungulie kwanza,katika pitapita zangu humu nimegundua kwamba wafanyabiashara wengi tumekua tukiumizwa na wafanyakazi tuliowaajiri katika biashara zetu kutokana na wao kutuibia jambo ambalo limesababisha wengine wafunge biashara zao au wengine wapate faida wasiyo stahili.

    Mim ni mmoja wa waathirika wa hili tatizo,nina biashara sehemu mbali mbali ambako siwezi kusimamia sehemu zote peke yangu.

    Kama kuna ambao mmeweza kudhibiti msiibiwe naomba mtuambie mmetumia mbinu gani kufanikisha hilo.Tusaidiane jamani wenzenu tunaibiwa sana.

    Kuna biashara nyingine huwezi ku account for kila kitu. Biashara kama hizo unaweza kupunguza wizi huwezi kumaliza kabisa.

    Asante sana kwa hoja yako muhimu sana na nzuri sana hasa kwa wajasiriamali waliofikia hiyo level, nadhani pana haja ya kufafanua aina ya biashara, ukubwa wake kimtaji, geographically, number of employees, level of management as knowledge, experience, technology applied lingine la muhimu kuliko yote RETURN ya hiyo biashara na mengine mengi,

Malipo- Jitahidi sana kuwalipa vizuri wafanya kazi wako- usiangaliefaida tu na kuwalipa wafanya kazi wako elifu 60 wakati maisha yenyewe ndo haya,jitahidi kuwalipa vyema, usiangalie tu kwenye kumake super profiti wakatiwafanya kazi wako wakiwa na maisha magumu sana hapo ni lazima wakuibie sana

    3. Motivation/ malupulupu- Jitahidi sana kuwapa vitu vingine vya ziadamfano
    - Kuwatoa wakaenda hata kutembelea kambuga fulani
    - Tenga pesa ya matibabu yao na familia zao

    Narubungo nimependa maelezo yako hapa... Ila tu umekua too Strict. Ukiwa na hii attitude kwa Wafanyi kazi wako ndio wale ambao at the end of the day huchora mission zako zote na kukabidhi wezi... Mnakua wote mko wote hapo mnavamiwa kiintelligensia na kuibiwa papo hapo. Bila wewe kujua kua nao wamehusika.... Tokana na kuwabana kwako mno. Kubana ni nzuri but there is a line not to cross hasa katika biashara zetu za Kiswahili hizi.

    Queen kumthibiti moja kwa moja asikuibie kabisa ni kazi saana lazima utaibiwa tu kwa kiwango fulani, na hii hutegemea na Biashara.     Narubongo ameelezea vizuri. Nitafanya extension wa kutoa mifano. Mji wa amsterdam ni bandari kwa miaka mingi sana. Bidhaa nyingi kutoka pembe zote za dunia zilikuwa zinapitia katika bandari hii kabla ya kwenda kwenye nchi zingine za Ulaya.

    Na wafanya biashara walioleta bidhaa hizo walihamua kuuza bidhaa zao hapo hapo. Lakini kama wangehamua kuchukua bidhaa hizo na kuzipeleka katika miji mingine ya Ulaya wangepata faida kubwa. Swali linakuja kwanini hawakufanya hivyo?

    Kusambaza bidhaa inabidi kuajiri watu ambao watakusaidia kusambaza bidhaa hizo. Tatizo lilikokuwepo ni kuwa waajiriwa wengi walikuwa wanawaibia wafanyabiashara hao na kupunguza faida. Hivyo waleta wa bidhaa wakaamua kuwa wanauza vitu vyao kwa jumla huku wakisimamiwa wenyewe kuliko kutafuta mawakala.

    Biashara ni usimamizi. Kama biashara inakupa faida ndogo lakini ukaweza kuisimamia ni bora zaidi kuliko kuwa na biashara mia moja usizoweza kusimamia.

    Mimi naona ni culture ya wa_afrika kuibiana. Mimi nimefanya biashara wa wajapan na wahindi. Hawa watu mkiwekeana mikakati ya ukweli hamuibiani. Hata kama anapata kipato kidogo, huwa wanaridhika...

    Kwetu sisi wabongo, mtu anataka atajirike kirahisi kwa kupitia mgongo wako... Yani afanye kazi kidogo tu, kesho watu wamwone tajiri

    Mfanyakazi ukimweka kwenye duka kubwa, baada tu ya miezi mitatu anataka kununu gari....yani ni shida sana ku_control hii kitu. nahic uaminifu kwa wa_Africa ni zero.

    kukomesha wizi haiwezekani,lakini tunaweza kupunguza,mimi nashauri tuanze kufanya biashara kisasa,kadri biashara yako inapokua na kuwa kubwa unahitaji management yenye skills,hire professional manager,na kazi zingine kama za kutunza mahesabu na kumbukumbu unaweza kuoutsource,itakusaidia.

    kikubwa ni motivation kwa employees, hii itaambatana na perfomance na pia unatakiwa uwe nao karibu ili na ww ugundue system wanayotumia kukuibia na uwe makini kila unapogundua namna wanavyotumia kkuibia....zen wapige bit.

    kwa mfano huo unaweza fanya hivi, hao watatu wote umekosea kuwafanya wawe wasimamizi. Hata kama wote ni wasimamizi ni lazima kuwe na msimamizi mkuu ambao wengine watareport kwake.

    kumlipa mtu vizuri sio suluhisho hata siku moja,ni kawaida ya waajiriwa kutotosheka na mishahara,kwa hiyo mshahara mdogo sio chanzo cha wizi hata siku moja,mfano mzuri ni mishahara ya viongozi wa Afrika,ni mikubwa kushinda ya viongozi wa mataifa yaliyoendelea,ya ulaya lakini bado wanatupeleka pabaya kwa tamaa zao za kupata mali zaidi.

    Option ni kuwabana tu employees wako.
