    MAHITAJI


    • Unga uliyotayarishwa tayari kwa kupikwa (pakiti moja - 500g)
    • Mayai matatu
    • Mafuta ya kupikia 80ml
    • Maji safi 200ml
    • Butter kiasi

    Kwa ajili ya topping

    • Nunua chokolate yenye karanga
    • Maziwa kikombe kimoja

    JINSI YA KUPIKA

    • Tayarisha oven yako kwa kuiwasha katika moto wa nyuzi 185 centigrade (365F)
    • Paka butter kiasi kwenye kikaangio chako kisha kiweke pembeni

    • Nyunyuzia unga wa cocoa au unga wa ngano katika kikaangio chako ulichokipaka butter
    • Weka mchanganyiko wa unga, mayai, mafuta ya kupikia pamoja na maji safi ndani ya kikaangio chako kisha ingiza ndani ya oven na funga mlango uache keki iive kwa dakika zitegemeazo aina ya kikaangio chako.
    (Iwapo kikaangio chako ni shepu ya mstatili na kina vipimo hivi: 5 X 33 X 22cms = 2 X 13 X 9 inches basi utatumia muda wa dk 40 - 45 kupika keki yako).

    (Iwapo kikaangio chako ni shepu ya duara na kina vipimo hivi: 22cms = 9 inches basi utatumia muda wa dk 40 - 45 kupika keki yako).

    (Iwapo kikaangio chako ni shepu ya duara na kina vipimo hivi: 15cms = 6 inches basi utatumia muda wa dk 55 - 60 kupika keki yako).

    • Koroga mchanganyiko huo mpaka uchanganyike vyema
    • Epua mchanganyiko wako weka na anza kupaka kwa kutumia brashi kwenye keki yako ambayo itakua imeshapoa
    • Keki yako ipo tayari kwa kuliwa

    Waweza kula na soda, chai, juice, maji, maziwa au hata peke yake.
