    JINSI YAKUPIKA KEKI YA ZABIBU KAVU

    Tengeneza keki ya zabibu kavu kisha ongezea ladha mbali mbali kutokana na upendavyo fata maelekezo hapo chini



    Mahitaji:


    240gram zabibu kavu

    240garm maziwa ya maji

    240garm siagi (butter)

    ½ chumvi kijiko kidogo cha chai

    240gram sukari

    240gram korosho au walnuts au karanga chochote ulichonacho

    500gram unga wa ngano

    1 kijiko kidogo cha chai baking soda (Baking powder)

    2 mayai



    JINSI YAKUTENGENEZA

    Washa oveni yako katika joto 325 degree F (165 degree C) kisha kipake chombo chako siagi utakacho tumia kuokea keki yako.

    Chukua bakuli changanya unga wa ngano, zabibu na baking soda kasha weka pembeni.

    Chukua bakuli nyingine weka siagi na sukari ndani kisha piga mapaka ichanyanyike vizuri na kua laini kabisa kisha vunjia mayai ndani piga paka mchanganyiko wako uwe laini kabisa.

    Kisha chukka mchanganyiko wa unga mimina kwenye mchanganyiko wa mayai changanya pole pole mpaka upate mchanganyiko mzito wa wastani kama itakua nzito sana ongeza maziwa kama itakua nyepesi sana ongeza unga.

    Kwa kuongeza ladha unaweza kuongezea vitu hiyo hapo chini.

    ½ kijiko kidogo cha chai kungu manga ya unga (nutmeg)

    ½ kijiko kidogo cha chai Mdalasini ya unga (cinnamon)

    1 kijiko kidogo cha chai vanilla ya maji

    Kisha mimina mchanganyiko wako wa keki kwenye chombo utakachotumia kuokea na oka kwa dakika 40 hadi 45 kwa moto ule ulioelekezwa pale juu kama oven yako inamoto mkali zaidi unaweza choma kwa dakika 30 ila hatari ya kuunguza na keki isiive kati kati ni kubwa sana.

    Baada ya dakika 40 chukua toothpick choma keki yako katikati toa angalia kama itakua kavu basi keki yako imeiva kama itakua na maji maji keki yaki bado haijaiva hivyo iache katika oven kwa muda kidogo kisha angalia tena.

    Toa keki yako iache ipoe tayari kwa kuliwa.
