    Huwa nashindwa kuelewa sisi watanzania huwa tunatumia vigezo gani wakati tunapatania mishahara. Mimi nafikiri kazi inatakiwa ikuhudumie mfanyakazi na siyo wewe uwe unaihudumia kazi. Kuna wafanyakazi wengi sana wanatumia resources zao wakati wakiwa kazini bila kupata malipo yoyoye yale ya ziada. Mfano mtu anatumia gari lake, mafuta yake, simu yake, PR yake etc. Na wakati ana ajiriwa anajua hayo matumizi yapo ila we never take into consideration. (Tuondoe kabisa mentality ya kupiga deal makazini.

    Ni vizuri wakati tuna bargain mishahara tuwe tuna consider yafuatayo.

    1. Nauli/Mafuta ya gari
    2. Wear & Tear ya gari
    3. Kodi ya nyumba hata kama una nyumba assume kwamba umepanga kwasababu hata nyumba yako inahitaji repair & maitanance
    4. Chakula, matibabu, ada za watoto na fedha ya dharura
    5. Markup at leat 25% ya gharama zote ili uweze ku save.

    Uzoefu unaonyesha mshahara wa kwanza ambao umepatana na mwajiri unaweza ukaongezeka baada ya miaka mitatu na siyo zaidi ya 15%. hivyo mapatano ya mwanzo yana maana sana.

    N.B NEVER EVER TRY TO BARGAIN CHEAP UKITEGEMEA KWAMBA UTAPIGA DEAL.

    Binafsi sina uzoefu mkubwa saana katika hili lakini ninaweza nikashauri kutokana na general knowledge. Upo uandishi wa aina nyingi saana wa CV kutegemeana na wapi na nani unampelekea. Lakini kubwa zaidi ni content ya CV unayoiandika. CV haitakiwi iwe copy and paste. Inatakiwa iwe inaandika kutegemeana na kazi mtu anayotaka kuiomba na kuonyesha uwezo (strength) kulingana na hitajio la kazi. CV nyingi siku hizi huanza kwa kuandika jina na address on top then summary ya yule mtu kwa mistari michache saana juu ya uwezo wake. hapo ndio inabisi uzitaje zile uniqueness zako zinazoweza kukufanya uwe superior over others. Sema experience qulification na personal qualities kiasi tu hapo ila kwa maandishi ya kuvutia bila kuboronga lugha. Waombe watu waipitie CV yako ikiwezekana. Hapo hakikisha kabisa unaonyesha link ya kazi unayoiomba na uwezo/uzoefu wako. Baada ya hapo endelea na education background. Sema vitu relevant. Usihangaike na mpangilio wa primary sijui sekondari unless kazi unayoiomba inahitaji uonyeshe hiyo primary na sekondary. Anza na latest qualifiacations vivyo hivyo na job experience na awards zinazofanana na kazi ile au zinazoonyesha umahiri wako. Hayo ni baadhi, kuna issue za personal info na references nazo ni muhim pia huku na contact zikionekana kwa uwazi.

    mkuu hii ni kweli kabisa, wengi wetu tunakua desperate sana kwenye interview hata take home tunazoomba hazilingani kabisa na maisha ya sasa, inabidi tubadilike jamani tujue thamani yetu

    Unfortunately waajiri wetu (na hasa HR managers) hawajuo hayo mambo, wao wako bize kuanalia mwajiri atafaidi vipi huduma yako at the cheapest rate

    Na mwajiri akishaona uko desparate ndo anakukandamiza kabisa. Sasa usikubali kuwa desparate kwani hapo una uza PRODUCT yako ambayo ni wewe mwenyewe who knows your qualities

    HR yuko kwa ajili ya ku maximize upande wa mwajiri hivyo usitegemee kwamba anaweza kukusaidia.
    You need to be YOURSELF when bargaining, bargain kile ambacho unaona kitakuwa na manufaa kwako. Dont be weak my friend utaishia kula 150,000 kwa mwezi pamoja na degree yako.

    Well said, kuna kazi moja niliapply tena ilitangazwa hapa jamvini..walitaka kunitoa nilipo sasa for less than what i get now
    nikawaambia kwendeni kule..kisa tu working environment ya kwao ni nzuri kuliko nilipo.
    hawajui mi nimepiga mpaka gharama nilizotumia nikiwa chuo eboo.
    Waajiri nanyi muwe mnaangalia hili,msipende kulalia sana,mnajikuta mnakosa wafanyakazi wazuri kwa ubahili wenu

    Pia tuangalie na Mazingira tunayoenda kufanyia kazi. kuna rafiki yangu alikimbilia kigoma kufanya kazi kisa mshahara mkubwa baada ya miezi mitatu ndo akaanza kujutia kukaa kigoma. alikua akirudi kutoka vijijini akifika geto anakuta geto limenuna inabidi aanze kutafuta mboga na kupika hapo kachoka balaa na nguo za kuvaa kesho kazini zote chafu na mambo mengine mengi tu ya kukela. kununua vitu vya ndani hakuweza kununua kwakua familia yake ipo mbali na yeye yaani aliishi maisha kama vile mwanafunzi wa shule ya boarding. baadae aliamua tu kutafuta kazi sehemu nyingine na kulipwa mshahara nusu ya ule aliokua akiupata kigoma

    kuna ukweli hapo, ila kubagain mshahara pia hutegemea kazi unayoomba, nafasi yako ktk kazi hyo, uzoefu ulionao na uhusiano wake na kazi ynyewe, kiwango chako cha elimu na uhusiano wa elim hiyo na kazi yenyewe n.k ambavyo watataja wengine.

    Kwa mfano nilipomaliza chuo niliwah omba kazi ktk kampuni ya teleco, ilikua ni nafasi ya u catama care.nikaitwa kwa intaviu.
    kwa uelewa nilokua nao ile kazi hua ni full bize full day, na wakati mwingine hua kazin mtu unakwenda saa 6usiku(wanaofanya watashuhudia).
    haya na mengine mengi yakanifanya nikawataka wanilipe laki7.ila waniambia "yani we ni fresh from collage na unataka laki7??"
    "Nenda tutakwita" hadi leo hii.mwenzangu tuliekua ane akataka laki 4 na akapata ile kazi.

    Deliverable za mwajiriwa zinaanza pale anapokuwa sehemu yake ya kazi, amefikaje toka huko anakolaza mbavu zake hata sheria ya kazi haitambui hilo. Ale nini watoto wasome wapi hilo atajipangia mwenyewe kulingana na anavyotaka kutumia mshahara alioomba. Hivi mnataka mwaajiri awafanyie haya yote kwa kutumia kipato kipi? Kama wewe unamchango mkubwa kwenye mapato ya mwajiri wako ni busara kurudi mezani ili mshahara upande juu badala ya kutegemea mwajiri akuhudumia kama House Girl

    pia tunatakiwa kuangalia kiwango cha mshahara cha hiyo proffesion kikoje kwa wakati huo.
    Mfano kama mshahara wa wahasibu kwa wakati huo laki 8- mil 1 inabidi na wewe mshahara utakaobargain uwe ndani ya hiyo range.
