WHAT IS SUCCESS?
Success is about getting all that you wanted to have - Achive the goals or fulfulled your plans
- Is about feeling, Victorius rather than deffected. Theare are no successful and unsuccessful people but in steady there are people who have the potential to succed and who do things to help them realize this potential and there are people with the same pontential who do not do those things.
IF YOU WANT TO SUCCED AVOID THIS THESE HAMFUL CONSEPTS.
A. False Belifs- Incorrect idias about yourself or about somethings eg. I cant never find a job in such a country, These belifs act like limiters to your potential and so your succes
B. External LOCUS of control - This is the way of thinking that make a person assume that everything that happen to him is the result of external factors.
eg. Saying that an exam was to hard when you dont do well or claming that high unemployment rate is the reason you cant find a job or becouse of external LOCUS control every that happens to you.
3. Lack of persistence - Loss of hape after falling once or twice , continue working until you get what you want even if you may fall many times.
4. Lack of flexibility.
Ability to adapt exteenal conditions it is very important towards success.
- try somemthings else or another method when your current method fails.
- the more flexible you are ,the more you will adapt to changes and the hogher your chances of succeś will be.
D. Lack of Planning
if you dont have goals or plans you are going to be a part of other people plans. If you dont plan to be the team leader at your work then someone else in your team will do so, Planning is essential tool kit in the success.
F. Lack of confidence
If you do have a high self
confidence then most probaly you will be to shy of presenting your ideas and you may give up your dreams as soon as someone tells you that they are not possible
- Fear of taking RISK- ignore many opportunities that could have make your successful.
