    Salaam wanajamii,

    Hivi karibuni nilieleza kwa ufupi namna ya kuanzisha biashara na kuifanya ifanikiwe,tulizungumzia hatua ya wazo lenye kutatua matatizo katika jamii,kupata wateja na namna ya mwenye biashara kujiweka tayari kupata wateja.

    Kupata wateja si tabu,tabu kujihakikishia kurudi kwao,ndiyo maana kukawepo na msemo "Getting a client is easy but maintainig is the success" haya maneno usahauliwa na watu wengi wenye biashara,kwakuwa uona wateja wapya hivyo wateja waliowahi kuja hawana maana.

    Wateja wanatabia zinazofanana,wateja upenda kuhudumiwa haraka,upenda kupata huduma katika muda ulioahidi,upenda kuona wanathaminiwa,upenda kuona mtoa huduma kajituma zaidi ya matarijio yao kuhakikisha wanapata walichohitaji,kujitahidi kuhakikisha anapata hitaji lake kwako yaani kujua hali yake kwa wakati husika.

    Si ajabu kuona wateja kukimbila sehemu moja na kuikimbia sehemu nyingine,mimi na wewe ni wateja sehemu nyingine,kuna sehemu tunapenda kwenda mara kwa mara kwakuwa tumeona hata kama tunatoa fedha kubwa haituumi kwa kuwa tunaona inaenda kihalali yaani Gharama=Huduma+Ziada(added values) yaani mteja atakapoona hivi hawezi kulalamikia gharama,huduma inapokuwa tofauti na gharama yake ni rahisi sana kumpoteza mteja

    Ulishawahi kuwaza kwanini watu wengine ukosa wateja? yapo mengi sana ingawa machache ni kama tabia ya kusema "watarudi",kudharau mteja kwa kusahau wateja uambiana,pia kutoheshimu wateja wadogo kwa kusahau wateja ukua,'kumzoea mteja' kwa kuona yeye anaweza kuhudumiwa baadae,lugha mbovu inayoweza kumfanya mteja aone amedharauliwa kwa 'fedha yake'

    Wajasiliamali wengi usahau msemo "watu upenda watu kama wao" yaani ukiweza kujua mteja akipendacho yakupasa ujitahidi ajue nawe unaelewa akipendacho na ufanane naye pia kujitahidi kuonyesha ukaribu wa zaidi ya kibiashara "urafiki" ambao utazidisha ukaribu kati yako na mteja.

    Tabia ya Urafiki inatakiwa iwe kwa kila mtu ambaye atakutana na mteja kwakuwa kwa kufanya hivi kutapeperusha bendera nzuri inukiayo kwa wateja wengine....vinginevyo utaendelea kusema biashara ni ngumu na kuwatuhumu wenzako kwa wewe kukosa wateja.

    Biashara ni watu,watu uwaambia watu...wanawaambiaje,maamuzi ni yako.

    Ni elimu nzuri sana na pia kuna msemo "pale biashara yako inapokuwa ni ya kuuza bidhaa basi mteja ni wa muhimu kuliko ile bidhaa yenyewe"
    ,ila ni dhahiri walioandaliwa kuwa wajasiriamali watabaki kuwa wajasiriamali na walioandaliwa kuajiriwa tutabaki tukiajiriwa,na wanaoandaliwa kuwa wajasiriamali hasa hapa Tz ni wachache sana.
