    Kuna haja ya kuangalia lakini wakuu, mimba zingine tata sana, labda binti kapewa bed rest tangu mwezi wa kwanza wa mimba, sasa ukichanganya miezi 9 ya ujauzito na ile mitatu ya maternity lazima boss macho yasogeleane!

    Taarifa hazitoshelezi. Huyo mjamzito ana masharti yepi ya ajira? Mara ya mwisho alipewa lini maternity leave? Ameruhusiwa kukaa nyumbani kwa sababu ya ugonjwa au alijiruhusu mwenyewe?

    Mjamzito amepewa bed rest kuanzia mwanzo wa ujauzito kulingana na masharti ya daktari,alilazwa kabisa baadae akaruhusiwa kurudi nyumbani lakini asiende kazini miezi yote tisa

    Mimi naona wako sahihi kama amekaa nyumbani kwa siku 63 za mwanzo ambazo mwajiri amemlipa 100% ya salary, akaongeza tena siku zingine (0-63 days = 126 in total) mwajiri amemlipa 50% ya monthly salary, provided kwamba hizo 0-63 days za pili hazigusi commencement ya maternity leave. Ambapo maternity leave ni 84 days. Akiendelea kuleta uzembe (kama anachezea ajira, WATAPIGA CHINI!). Someni sheria. Wanasheria watasaidia zaidi. I am not a lawyer, though I am among the BIG THREE in the world, (DOCTORS, Lawyers and Clergy)

    Ni kweli sheria hii inamruhusu mtumishi kulipwa mshahara wake wote iwapo ataugua kwa muda wa siku 63 baada ya hapo ni nusu mshahara .Baada ya miezi sita atamuondoa kazini kabisa.Hii ina apply kote kwa makampuni binafsi na hata serikalini.
