Tumia roll-on anti perspirant. Kuna roll on and spray models zinazo patikana almost everywhere. Jaribu Dove, Nivea, Narta, Printill, Vaseline or Gillette. Nimezitaja hizi coz najua zinapatikana Dar, but kama haupo nyumbani basi chagua best fir ya hapo ulipo. Zinaweza kusaidia kupunguza kidogo, but personally I am against any thing that blocks the natural transpiration mechanism.

I would suggest to change your clothing line instead, uvae nguo ambazo hazileti joto.
Normally, when naked, you wouldn't sweat at all even of the temperature on your skin was raised at 28 degrees because humans are tropical "animals". what makes you sweat is the efforts of the body to keep the temperature at your skin below that level. Material like silk, cotton and linen will allow your body to "breath" normally even above 25 degrees and you wouldn't sweat. with a combination of these materials you can wear from a relaxed t-shirt and short to a very executive linen sit without inconvenience.

Light colors would reflect the sun rays and keep the temperature on your skin cooler than dark shades. the perfect professional outfit could be a silky muslim soutane like the ones in the middle east or in UAE. If you are not a muslim consider buying more linen suits and cotton shirts.

Nyumbani, vaa shorts zaidi, na sandals. Chose your outfit to keep the temperature at your skin under 28* and you will not sweat!
