Although favoritism is still favoritism by any tother name.His conflict resolution training, stints with refugees (UNHCR?) in Kigoma and fellowship at the Carter Presidential Center should have equipped him with a much needed global outlook, especially in the Kikwete Ikulu.

He has the academic credentials even though he didn't go to those red brick institutions. Can you enlight what you really mean by allright schools..and certainly January doesn't have a MICKEY MOUSE DEGREE like the other lot at Magogoni.

A simple "Tanzania will not export food while it's people are lacking" without badmouthing Nigeria and creating a potential row would have sufficed.
