    Samahani mimi ni mwanaume mwenye umri wa miaka 42 tatizo langu ni kwamba ukuni wangu hauwezi kusimama kwa muda hata dakika 3.
    Ukweli nampenda sana mke wangu na anajitahidi sana kuhakikisha ninasisimka na ukuni unasimama hata hivyo nikiingia tu hata dakika haifiki ukuni unadondoka na kuwa laini kabisa na nimechoka kutumia ukuni uliolala.
    Naomba msaada kwani naogopa mke asijeanza kutoka nje kutafuta mtu wa kumtosheleza.

    Pia fanya mazoezi ya Kegel ambayo husaidia sana kukaza misuli na hivyo kukuwezesha ukuni wako kusimama kwa muda mrefu.
    Mwisho nenda ukamuone daktari ambaye anaweza kukushauri aina ya tiba ambayo inaweza kukusaidia hasa baada ya kukufanyia vipimo kujua chanzo cha tatizo lako ni nini zaidi ya kisaikolojia kwani suala la ukuni kufanya yale hujautuma wakati mwingine ni hadi vipimo vya daktari.

    Kuna gym siku hizi za kuyakuza ,kundoa matege na kuafanya ukuni/ushimo ( Kinu/kitwangio) kiwe active.

    Gym hizo zinatoa mazoezi special kwa kinu/kitwangio kuongeza mzunguko wa damu na hivyo kwenda mileage nyingi.

    Mfano wa mazoezi ambayo Kinu/kitwangio hufanyishwa kuongeza mileage ya tendo ni
    -Push up hii ni u wenye kuni na wenye ushimo
    -kunyanyua vizu vizito kwa ukuni na kubeba vitu vizito kwa ushimo,
    -kichura chura kwa ukuni na kwa ushimo.

    Pole sana mwanawane,mbona kuna wamasai wengi tu hapa mjini?Lakini tafuta wamasai wa kweli siyo feki kama ukiwakosa basi kuna Chinese au za Kichinachina heheee!
