Definitely yes! ... long time cry! We Know this and can prove!!! .. BUT to whom interest!!Two types fraud on this ... 1. Some ARV typically Poison and lots of side effects ..2. Other Low grade of non toxic substance *(can even be aspirin or any safe botanical) to attract the users ... Because they will report as peacefully ARV ..but isn't ARV in real sense ..ONLY in victims mind is ARV!

It might have sounded concrete if the following clause could have been added "... therefore with effect from today, Interpol will deal squarely all companies and individuals associated with this satanic business and bring them to ICC(court) and this will also be applied to all government officials around the world who are aiding the former stated culprits in their activities..."
