    Habari JF,
Pliz nisaidieni. Nime-format PC yangu majuzi. iliiingia virus kibao nikashindwa kuwatoa wote ikawa ina-behave kiajabu ajabu so nikaamua kui-format. Baada ya kuhangaika sana ku-format nilifanikiwa but nikapoteza drivers za Network card, nikafanya search kwenye internet nikabahatika kupata drivers nika-install na network ikarudi fresh kama zamani. Nikaana kuitumia. All of a sudden kama baada ya siku 3 hivi, internet explorer ikaanza kunizingua, nikifungua tu inafunguka but on the way inatoa ile error msg inayosema "internet explorer has encountered an error and needs to close". Nime-scan nikakuta virusi kibao nikavitoa but still nikifungua internet explorer inaniletea hiyo msg. Nikasema labda ni IE ina shida, nika-download mozilla firefox na ku-install, na yenyewe pia inazingua. Yaani hata haifunguki kabisa, ukiifungua tu inaleta error msg kwamba firefox has crashed. NINI SHIDA! Msaada pliiiz...

The problem must be inside internet settings in regedit. I think.
