Job Title: Packaging Technicians I (17 Vacancies)
Group/Division: Packaging
Position Location: Qatar
Position Summary: Entry level position into the Packaging department. The associate will develop mandatory skills for continued employment at Chili’s Food Company. These skills include learning paperwork, basic packaging skills, and demonstration of an excellent work ethic, ability to grow with the team, communication skills, and ability to follow direction. Excelling in this position will allow for upward mobility within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
· General assembly of Chili’s Food products. This includes building kits, labeling products, folding instruction booklets and assisting other Packaging Associates with product finishing.
· Set up and operate packaging equipment.
· Ability to process jobs utilizing less complex equipment – pipettes, shrink wrapping, automated labelers, etc.
· Conduct in-process quality control inspection of finished goods.
· Perform calibration and preventative maintenance of packaging equipment.
· The associate may be asked to undertake a Packaging Technician II skill set, which enables their upward mobility.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
· High school Certificate and above

• Must hold valid International travelling Passport

• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work a variety of environments.

- Must be able to work within controlled environment (clean room, etc).

· Basic Knowledge of the metric system.
· Ability to multitask – organize/process several jobs at once.
· Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment when required.
