I would dedicate my post to all who killed by security forces since 1961. A free Tanzania shouldn't cheer for on going police brutality, under the cover of 'kulinda amani'.

There is no justification whatsover to kill an unarmed citizen. Killing should be the last resort and be left for the court to decide not an OCD or SSP or RC or a DC. Time to say no 'To armed wing of a political party in power'
