    Habari njema ni kwamba kama wewe ni mwanaume overweight (fat) au mnene kupindukia unaweza kuongeza inchi moja ya uume wako kwa kupunguza unene kwa kila pound 35.

    Kama umekuwa ni overweight kwa miaka yako yote basi hii ni kumaanisha kwamba hajawahi fikia urefu halisi wa uume wako.

    Kama ni mwanamke na mume ako anazidi kunenepeana usishangae siku unaanza kutafuta samaki wake kumbe kaliwa na fat au nyama zembe hivyo saidiana naye kuounguza fat ili abaki na size yake kama kawaida.

    Siyo utani wala kichekesho ni kweli unavyozidi kunenepa (hapa nazungumzia unene unaozidi kawaida) ndivyo unavyozidi kupunguza urefu wa uume.

    I dont agree with you na hiyo hoja yako.wapi umefanya hiyo research?nakushauri fanya research na utaona jinsi ukweli ulivyo.Hakuna connection kati ya unene na urefu wa hiyo kitu.
    The fact is this,urefu wa uume ni genetic inheritence,kama kwenye ukoo wenu mna mirefu basi itabaki hivyo kwa wengi wenu,likewise kwa vifupi.
    Pia soma Biologia na Geographical location za watu pia utaona tofauti ya hayo maumbile baina ya Africans,Indians,chinese,european na mataifa mengine.
    Ila its all about genetical inheritance.

    hapo kwenye kuliwa na fat unaweza kuelezea maana yake au pathophysiology yake maana sijakuelewa.Na vipi kuhusu tofauti ya maumbile kutokana na geographical location inahusiana na hii kuliwa na fat?

    Kuna ka ukweli flan hivi kama vile ukainza kwenda kubemba vyuma(GYM)utajikuta kifua kinakuwa ****** yanakwisha...ufffss....Japo kisayansi mhh sijui....lakini unene noma kwani ukiwa mnne unaweza kujikuta samaki hata wewe mwenyewe humuoni kwa kuwa huwezi inama vyema...na pdidy kasema anazungumzia ule unene wa kupita kiasi tena nyama zembe...ambao hauna mazoezi hata ya kuoga..tu ni shida.

    kwa kifupi, mtu anavyozidi kunenepa hasa kuwa na kitambi, nyamba za tumbo huwa zinavuja nyama ya hapo gonado halafu urefu unapungua. pia mafuta mengi huwa yanakuja yanajaaa hapo kwenye kibaraza panapoota nywele kama kichwani, na urefu unaliwa na mafuta na minyamanyama. wabongo wengi wakiwa wanene, wanaona sifa, kumbe ukiona mtu ana likitambi, ujue ana shida kwelikweli.

    kwanza analala hovyohovyo, anachokachoka hovyohovyo, akifanya kazi kidogo tu anakuwa amechooka kama nguruwe aliyejaa mafuta mengi, halafu ni rahisi kuwa na shinikizo la damu na kisukari. tufanye mazoezi, tule balanced diet, sio kula rojorojo la kitimoto tuu kila wakati, kula mishikaki mimafuta imejaaaa, kazi kwelikweli, ati ndo chakula bora. ujume umefika.

    Hii kitu ni kweli; naongea hivyo kwa sababu nimekuwa naingia Sauna na watu mbalimbali na sharti mojawapo la Sauna lazima uvue nguo zote...na ni kweli watu wanene wengine hawana uume kabisa..maana umemezwa.

    Kwa wale wasiojua Sauna ni chumba kidogo chenye joto zaidi ya 80 centigrade.
