Due to a new Missouri law, all college students are now required to provide documentation of citizenship or lawful presence in the United States.

I completely understand not giving financial aid to any non citizen, but to take away the option to enroll for college doesn't seem very productive.

Is this new legislation good or bad?

If their paying for it with their own cash I don't see a problem with it, especially if they're learning English at college. Public school is different because it's almost solely funded by US tax dollars. It's not like my community college is packed, why not have the extra revenue?
