Kigogo, kama mpaka sasa hujaona kuwa kingunge ni fisadi, basi nadhani hata maana ya ufisadi hujui, na kama unajua, basi na wewe ni fisadi au unashirikiana nao. kupewa tenda si tatizo, bali tatizo ni mchakato unafanyika ili mtu apewe hiyo tenda. Hebu jiulize, Makamruni yote yaliyoshinda tenda mbalimbali hayakubid kama makampuni mengine? Kama ndivyo, mbona sasa yako kwenye kashfa za kifisadi na mengine yamefungwa na kesi zao ziko mahakamani?
TUACHE USHABIKI WA KISIASA KAMA TUNATAKA KUIOKOA NCHI YETU, pale panapopaswa tuseme na kusimamia ukweli, basi tufanye hivyo.

Kwa kweli mie sikuamini wakati niliposoma hiyo newz ndani ya T daima kwa title ya Familia ya Kingunge sasa Kicheko kama sijakosea. Inawezekana kweli kwamba wamempa hiyo tenda lakini sielewe walitumia vigezo gani kwani kama alishaonekana ni mhujumu uchumi kulikuwa na sababu gani ya kumpa tena tender kama ile?

Mimi naona huo ni mchezo wa kuigiza unachezwa na viongozi wetu na watazamaji ni sisi wananchi wapiga kura. Je, tuna sababu ya kuendelea kuangalia filamu au mchezo kama huo? Je, serikali inafanya kazi kwa maslahi nani?

Nakuombeni Tutafakari juu ya igizo hili la serikali kupitia familia ya Kingunge then Tuchukue Hatua! Otherwise wachache wataendelea kunufaika na rasilimali za Taifa letu.

Ukiona hivyo ujue kwamba vigogo wa manispaa na ndani ya serikali yenyewe kuna mtandao ulioshupalia ufisadi kwa faida yao wenyewe, wanachezea maneno wakijua kwamba watanzania watanyamaza tu. Kwani umewahi kuona mwezi unadhurika kwa kubwatukiwa na mbwa usiku kwa kuwa mbwa huyo anaona sura ya mtu ndani ya mwezi ule?

Kwamba ni kampuni ya familia ya kingunge elewa basi kwamba jina lake halishindani na wengine nje ya mtandao wa kifisadi ilhali yupo kwenye system bado. Waliomwambia Kolimba kukaa kimya alipoanza kuonekana patriot ni nani na sasa yuko wapi? kila mtu anataka kuishi, usipotaka kuishi mkoromee mtu aliyeko kwenye system au jamaa yake ambaye anatumiwa katika mafao yapatikanayo kwa ufisadi huo.

Ndio maana Waafrika hatuwezi kuendelea. Mtu akipata hamtambui jirani yake kama ana njaa na anahitaji kula ili aishi.

I don't think if is logic to offer Kigunge such important tender. Kingunge has directly failed to collect money at ubungo bus terminal, every Tanzanian knows this, many lamented for it, many cried why kigunge, a communist man, who were entrusted by Tanzanians as a grandfather of the nation, as a widom's man, who enchored and makes mountain and rivers listen to his voice but, today is the same communist man who is eating his own faeces and want all Tanzanians eat the same. Kuna sababu nyingi za kiushindani ila mkumbuke pia kwamba tanzania tuna upungufu wa kampuni binafsi zilizo repurtable... nitajieni mbadala basi kama wapo!! Nani Outdoor? Msama promotion?

Vilevile tujue kwamba bakuli la uchaguzi limeanza na hizi ndio routes tamu za kukusanya bila maumizu mazee, halmashauri hazina kauli kwenye baadhi ya maamuzi mengine yanatoka juu sana (ila sijui kwa hili ni vipi)

While the incharged authority will claim a technical error occured during construction of the complex, i see a well calculated motive to swindle about 35% of the money allocated for the Machinga project if we are to take a simple math 6500 rooms space translates into 65% of the anticipated capacity! where are the 3500 rooms? arent they 35% target missed? and what do they translates in real money value? a f***n 3.5 bio. Tshs from total 10 bio. Tshs allocated for the project!!! Where is TAKURURU here?

THE Machinga Complex in Dar es Salaam, which was earlier planned to accommodate 10,000 small scale traders can afford to take 6,500 only, it was announced in Dar es Salaam yesterday.

The space available is 35 per cent lower than the earlier estimates, Regional Commissioner, Mr William Lukuvi, said in a speech read on his behalf by Regional Trade Officer, Mr Matambo Mhina, at a meeting that deliberated on the plight of small scale traders.

He said delay in the process of handing over the complex to small scale traders, popularly known as Machingas, was a serious problem. The programme was in line with the government policy of creating as many jobs as possible, particularly to the youth.

Earlier, the Chairman of the Board of Machinga Complex, Mr Mussa Azan Zungu, told the traders who gathered at the Korea Hall in the City that the fall in space available was due to a fault in initial architectural drawings.

He said a unit was now accommodating only three traders, instead of six as initially planned.

"We came to find out that if six people are to trade in a single unit, the area will be terribly overcrowded and unhealthy," he added.

Mr Zungu said that the exact date to move in the facility would be known after a joint meeting with the City Director next week.

"The building has not yet been handed over to the City Council and the units are under construction. We, therefore, have to meet the City Director and determine when traders are going to move in," he explained.

Mr Zungu assured the traders that there would be no corruption in the process of getting appropriate tenants in the complex as the identification work would be done by their leaders.

"Our role will be to provide space to names presented to us by your leaders and the work will be done fairly," he said.
