    Ninahitajika kupunguza kilo 6.1, hivi nitafanyaje kutatua hili tatizo. Ni tatizo kubwa sana kwangu.
    Naomba msaada wenu kwa mwenye kuweza kunisaidia diet, na hata njia rahisi ya kuondoa hili tatizo.

    tumia hii njia, kula kilo 2 ya nanasi kila cku kwa cku 3 mfululizo huku ukinywa maji kwa wingi,dont eat any thing other than nanasi,then pumzika cku 7 huku ukila chakula kama kawaida.baada ya cku saba kuisha kula tena kilo 2 za nanasi per day for 3 days, then pumzka for 7 days, utafanya hivyo mpaka ufikie kilo unazo taka. but make sure unaanza kupima uzito kabla ya diet kuanza, na pia pima uzito kila wiki.

    Kuru pls, tell me that you are joking, am really serious here, hizi nanasi nikila then nile kama kawaida kwa siku saba, si nitakuwa nimerudi palepale? na ni nini hasa nia na dhumuni la kula nanasi? lina nini?

    im not kidding! mm mwenyewe nimeshafanya mara moja na nimepungua ingawa sijaendelea kwan yamenikifu.i had 70 kg bt after this i have 67.5kg na hapo nilifanya mara moja.

    kila nusu saa kabla ya chakula kunywa ml 500 za maji ya kawaida(siyo ya baridi) kisha hesabu masaa 2 kila baada ya kula kunywa tena ml 500 za maji, tembea kwa miguu bila kupumzika kutoka kituo A mpaka kituo B kwa muda wa dakika 60 asubuhi na jioni, usinywe soda yeyote. zaidi fuatisha link hii: uzito, unene na utipwatipwa | maajabu ya maji

    Mara nyingi ukifanya diet unapoacha uzito unarudi. Cha muhimu ni kubadili tabia. Acha kula vyakula vya kukaanga, kula vyakula vya asili zaidi, mfano acha mikate kula mihogo au viazi vya kuchemsha. Acha unga mweupe kula dona. Chakula chako kiwe zaidi ni matunda na vegetables, sio za kukarangiza lakini. Sehemu ndogo tu iwe wanga na nyama ya kuchoma au kuchemsha.
    Uzito utapungua taratibu lakini hautarudi kwa sababu umebadili tabia.

    Jiwekee utaratibu wa kufanya mazoezi hususani ya kukimbia, swimming na kubwa zaidi jiwekee utaratibu wa kutembea siyo unatumia usafiri hata kwa umbali mdogo. Pamoja na hayo, punguza intake yako ya vyakula vya wanga, sukari pamoja na vinywaji vyenye sukari nyingi km soda, kama ni mtumiaji wa bia, punguza pia! "Kwa kifupi ili kuweza kupunguza uzito unapaswa kutumia kalori nyingi zaidi ya unazoingiza mwilini" kwa mantiki hiyo mwili utalazimika kutumia akiba iliyo nayo na hivyo itakusaidia kupungua (hii ni kwa mujibu wa Jf Doctor Riwa)...

    Ngoja tusaidiane kwa hili kwa uzoefu wangu. Mimi nilikuwa natamani sana kupungua hususani kupunguza tumbo. hakuna cha ajabu nilichofanya na mengi nimeyapata humuhumu JF. Msingi mkubwa ni kubadili stail ya maisha yako ili uweze kumaintain hali uitakayo. Kwa mimi ratiba yangu nimeibadili kabisa na sasa ipo kama ifuatavyo.

    1. niamkapo asubuhi kabla ya kula chochote nakunywa maji ya uvuguvugu kama ml. 350.
    2. baada ya kama robo saa naenda mazoezini, hasa huwa napenda kukimbia kwa nusu saa hivi.
    3. Nikirudi kukimbia napata tena kama ml. 150 za maji ya uvugu then naingia kuoga.
    4. kabla sijaondoka kwenye mihangaiko yangu napata glasi moja matata ya matunda mchanganyiko ninayotengeneza mwenyewe sio kununua ya kiwandani. Katika mchanganyiko wowowte nitakaotengeneza vifuatavyo ni lazima viwepo: limao, tangawizi,kitunguu swaumu, kitunguu maji, chumvi kidogo sana na asali badala ya kutumia misukari. mchanganyiko wangu huwa siuchuji kwa hiyo nakula mpaka makapi ya matunda. kwa wastani huwa ni kama uji vile. kama nafanikiwa kuwa na mbogamboga jamii ya lettuce pia naweka. Baada ya hapo unaweza kupata mlo wa wanga kidogo ila najitahidi sana kula vyakula visivyobanguliwa (whole grain).
    5.Nusu saa kabla sijakula mchana natanguliza tena maji kama ml.350.
    6. wakati natoka kwenye mihangaiko huwa najitahidi kutembea kwa takriban saa limoja na kabla ya kuanza kutembea najitahidi nimalize ml.350 za maji. Nikifika nyumbani napata tena ule uji wangu wa matunda na kumalizia na mlo wa jioni. Kumbuka ni muhim kula kwa kiasi katika kila mlo na pia kula mapema hasa kwa mlo wa jioni. mboga za majani ni muhim sana.
    6. punguza mafuta, kahawa na vinywaji vya viwandani kwa ujumla.

    Mimi binafsi nafurahia sana mafanikio niliyonayo hope nawe utafanikiwa pia. Ila kama utakuwa na matatizo ya vidonda vya tumbo nadhani itakuwa tatizo hasa kwa limao na tangawizi. Wazoefu wengine watatusaidi kutupatia mawazo yao.

    kote huko unapoteza muda. Anza mazoezi mapema. Mimi nilikua na 88kgs. Nilianza mazoezi mwezi wa ramadhan. Naamka 5am nakimbia kwa dakika 40. Mpaka mwezi kuisha nilikata 9kgs maana nilikua nachoma mafuta zaidi ya kuingiza. Baada ya hapo nimeshazoe mpaka leo nakimbia mara 4 kwa wiki. Nimefikia 76kgs. Haina haja ya gym. Karibu tukimbie.

    Ni vizuri pia ungeweka aina ya chakula unacho kula sasa hivi, mda na kama unafanya mazoezi hili watu waweze kukupa diet ambayo haitakua kama adhabu kwako.

    Kwa kifupi, kunywa maji mengi, acha kula wali, viazi na ugali badala yake tumia viazi vitamu. Kula samaki na nyama ya kuku kwa kiwango cha kawaida na usipike kwa kutumia mafuta mengi kama hupendi kuchemsha au kuchoma. Punguza chumvi , hii kwa ajili ya kupunguza magonjwa ya moyo_Ongeza kiwango cha mboga za majani kwenye mlo wako na matunda. Usitumie sukari kama uwezi kukaa mbali na sukari tumia asali mbichi kidogo tu. Kula mara tano kwa siku viwango vidogo vidogo na hakuna kula kitu chochote baada ya saa mbili usiku.

    Achana na soda, pombe , na juice za kwenye chupa. Fanya mazoezi mara tano kwa wiki, kama huwezi kukimbia unaweza kutembea inatosha kabisa. Mazoezi yasiwe chini ya nusu saa.
