I am planning to sue Tigo Tanzania...Member kindly advice

For long now i have been subjected to violations of phone privacy mainly by my network operator, which unfortunately turns to be Tigo.

I have been receiving a numerous number of promotions sms from numerous sources, some are Tigo promotional sms and other are from various unknown sources.

I called customer care kindly asking them to stop sending any sms related to promotions or alike coz simply i am not intersted. I am not interested period. But the sms keep on flowing at the highest pace.

I think thoroughly before decide to sue Tigo but i am accountant my professional so i have no clue regarding laws and acts governing Telecommunications in Tanzania. I want to sue Tigo for Conspiracy to half my phone privacy. Please JF Members provide a way forward.

Try to checkup with law firms, which are all over vichochoro vya city center, tell them thy complains and intentions and they advice how to flame the case.

Pole sana. Wote tunaolizwa na tuliolizwa na Tigo tutayarishe PETITION ambayo sote tuelezee matatizo yetu na kuweka sahihi zetu.
Tuwapelekee Tigo na nakala iende TCRA kwa tarifa na ikiwezekana action kama uwezo huo wanao.

Tutahitaji kituo cha hiyo petition na mratibu. Vinginevyo kuwapeleka mahakamani ni expensive na time consuming.

Go on,set that benchmark but make sure that it is well coordinated and b4 we start using it,we only want the scale factor,proper zone and projection type under Universal Transversal Mercator system.good luck!

Nachelea kukujibu kwa kienglish nisije na mie nikachafua hali ya hewa maana hizi ni lugha za watu zinazohitaji umakini mkubwa. Mkuu umesema wewe ni accountant, je ulisomea chuoni au ulisomea nyumbani?

Mimi ni muhasibu nimesomea uhasibu na sheria zinazohusiana na uhasibu. Accountant lazima ajue sheria na ndio maana wenyewe wanasema "Accounting and Law" A business entity oparates within a legal frame work.

An accountant records, classify, summarises and present various transactions. Naturally these transactions have to be in accordance with rules and regulations applicable to such business entity. There are laws which applicable in general to all business transactions eg Contract Ordinance, The Sale of Goods Act, The negotiable Instrument Act and there are law governing specific business entity eg Company Act is applicable to joint stock companies.

Kisha kuna Banking Regulation Act, Insuarance Act, Kisha kuna Industrial laws kama Factories Act.

Muhasibu/Accountant kusema yeye ni mbumbumbu wa sheria lazima utilie walakini wake huo uhasibu wake nadhani pengine mkuu wewe ni bookkeeper na sio Accountant! Je hukusoma business law ulipokuwa unasomea huo uhasibu? hukusoma topic ya contract?

Hukusoma condition and warranties? Je unajua kuwa unapotumia mtandao wowote kile kitendo cha kuweka SIM card yako na kuanza kuitumia ina amanisha umekubali mashari yao "condition and warranties" etc.
