    Huwa najiuliza ni kwanini viongozi wa nchi za Kiarabu pamoja na Mataifa makubwa kama China hupenda kutumia Lugha zao hata wanapoalikwa kwenye mikutano mikubwa ya Kimataifa, huwa kuna mkalimani anatafsiri, sisi watanzania tuna lugha yetu ya kiswahili na ninaamini kwamba viongozi wetu wengi hata wananchi ni wepesi sana kwa hii lugha kuliko lugha za kigeni. Kwa mfano kiongozi akikosea uandishi wa lugha ya kigeni huzarauliwa sana ingawa mara nyingi ujumbe unaeleweka je huu sio utumwa wa kifikra? kuna tatizo gani kiongozi akiandaa hotuba yake kwa lugha ya kiswahili alafu mkalimani akatafsiri kama ilivyo kwa viongozi wa nchi za kiarabu na baadhi ya nchi zilizoendelea? Sijawahi kumsikia Ghadafi akiongea kiingereza hata kama amefanya ziara katika mataifa makubwa. Tafakari.

    Nadhani wengi wanaoongea lugha yao ni kwamba hawajui English, kwenye transaltion lazima upoteze maana fulani so kulazimisha lugha tofauti sidhani kama ni busara.

    Viongozi wengi tu wanafahamu lugha ya Kiingereza ikiwemo Gaddafi, Sarkozy, Putin, Kikwete n.k

    Ila tofauti na Mh. J. K. Kikwete viongozi wengine hujisikia ni vizuri kuongea ktk lugha-mama zao kama Ki-Arabu, Ki-Faransa, KiRusi n.k kwa kuwa wametumwa na wananchi wao, hivyo ni haki wananchi wao waelewe kiongozi wao anaongea nini na 'wageni'.

    Sisi Tanzania labda kwa kutaka siri / kujionyesha-'umekwenda shule' ndo maana viongozi wetu wanattumia lugha ya kigeni kuongea na 'wageni' wakati ni sisi ndiyo tumempeleka kwa kodi zetu hivyo si haki viongozi wetu wa Tanzania kutuacha solemba kwa kuongea kwa lugha za kigeni wakiwa ktk nyadhifa tulizowapa na kuwagharamia kwa kodi zetu.

    Pia kwa kutumia mkalimani hutoa nafasi viongozi kuwa na muda wa sekunde/dakika kadhaa za kufikiria nini aongee, atamke. Lugha ni nyenzo muhimu ya kuonyesha uzalendo na mapenzi kwa nchi yako, hilo viongozi wetu wanatakiwa kulielewa.
