Tatizo langu ni kwamba hiyo reference(s) letter naandika mimi au hao referees?na kama naandika mimi, je barua inakuwa moja ambayo itakuwa signed na referee wote wawili au zitakuwa barua 2 separate?
Na je hao referee ni lazima watoke college niliyosoma au mtu yeyote proffessional anaweza kuwa referee?(kwa sababu nimesoma nje ya nchi na sasa nipo bongo, so kupata barua za college nilikosoma hapa ni inshu).

Kikubwa kwenye hiyo form,zipo sehemu zote zinazotaka nionyeshe academic profile yangu(thatz fine)...lakini hamna kipengele ambacho kinataka niaambatanishe all academic documents...so hapo inakuaje? Niziambatanishe tu ama?

Hiyo fomu unajaza wewe na details za hao referee. Halafu kila referee anaandika reference letter (zitakuwa 2 kila referee 1) na wanaweka kwenye envelope na inakuwa sealed na wanasaini kwenye flaps

Reference letter unampa kila referee anajaza ya kwake, then unaziweka zote 2 kwenye bahasha moja na kuifunga. Referee ni mtu aliytekujua kwenye shule (academic advisor wako ama thesis supervisor atafaa zaidi), kama ulishawahi kufanya kazi, mmojawapo kati ya mabosi zako anaweza kuwa referee wako.
Hakikisha unasoma hizo fomu vizuri,kuna mahali watakua wameandika. Otherwiser unaweza ukaandika in a separate sheet kuwa hujaona mahali panapotaka certificates bt u ar attaching them just in case they are needed. Otherwise if not required,kindly ignore them.

You should know too that if you have contacts or close to any previous Lecturer/professor it is best recommended you use him/her for his/her reference letter weighs more especially in matters concerning your area of interest.
 
....and abt ur professors outside tz,am sure u can jus coll them then u send the documents so they can write the recommendations and scan/fax the document back to you...But you need to explain to the uni u'r applyin2 kwamba ur referee will send a scanned document/fax ili wasije wakakusumbua baadae.
 
Exactly....all guys u helped me a lot!! Infact sijaanza kazi bado but i had my lecturers friend, may be they can do this. Any further probs nitawajulisha
