    Role Summary/Purpose:

    The incumbent will be responsible for overall site HR activities providing leadership in developing and executing the HR road map for the Energy engineering teams of approximately 750 employees based out of Hyderabad Technology Centre (HTC). This role will be supported by a team of HR professionals and will be expected to successfully guide and groom them for high impact across the client groups. The incumbent will serve as a coach and facilitator to the leadership team of the client group.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Lead the Hyderabad Technology Centre in defining HR game plan, designing the organizational structure, and facilitating team performance
    • Facilitate building domain expertise in technical roles, ensuring a technical pipeline strategy is in place and supporting recruitment of experienced domain experts to strengthen expertise base
    • Build a strong pipeline of domain and leadership expertise incorporating future technology requirements
    • Champion a strong engagement strategy to continuously foster a collaborative, inclusive, and culture of engineering excellence
    • Partnering with IEO Leader to drive change efforts, ensuring appropriate talent assignment to meet the dynamic demands of the business
    • Partnering with the India Technology Center HR functional leaders to drive executive development programs & training (with O&S Leader), compensation and benefits practices (with C&B Leader) and recruiting strategy (with TA Leader) for IEO
    • Responsible for successful implementation of change efforts
    • Provide leadership and expertise for Human Resource functions including all aspects of employee relations, employee engagement practices, performance management, organizational change and development, communications for HTC and community relations
    • Collaborate with global teams to define workforce planning to proactively plan for staffing needs and organizational capabilities
    • Provide advice, council, and support on HR related topics with employees and leaders
    • Facilitate communications throughout the organization including employee surveys
    • Act as an employee advocate to ensure fairness in all HR approaches
    • Attract and retaining a high performance HR team and develop them to be strong business partners

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Masters degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations
    • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a variety of Human Resource positions, both staff and client based
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
