HR Internship Programme: World Vision Tanzania: Based in Arusha
The People&Culture(HR) internship programme is an opportunity for fresh graduate to experience the full richness of the World Vision Tanzania People&Culture Department and organization wider ministry: to contribute their service to the community, engage with the needs of the world, developing a deeper sense of where they can contribute. Forget what you would expect from a normal internship, this programme asks you to challenge everything, starting with yourself.
Qualities Required:
- Fresh degree graduates of HR or Business Admin. (with HR) from reputable institution
- Good passes in their degree (minimum upper second with excellent grades in HR related studies)
- Strong Ms Excel skills
- Excellent written and spoke English
- Pleasant attitude and self motivated young individual who are ready to relate to WVT Organizational Behavior and principles
Mode of Placement:
-Internship will only be for 6 month
- Advert will be put out in social media network ( 2 times a year )
- Candidates will be requires to submit a 2 page testimony as to why they want to be "HR Interns" for WVT plus a formal application, transcript and CV
