    Mimi ni job seeker lkn nipo kijijini nalima mpunga hivyo mara nyingi simu yangu inakuwa mbali maana mazingira ya kaz ni maji tu hivyo naogopa kuilowanisha simu. Jana nilipigiwa simu mchana na sikuisikia,nilikuta mised call nikaamua kutuma msg "hallow habari?",akareplay "sory am busy now...". Nkaamua kupga akaniambia yeye ni HR wa kampuni fulan na alikuwa anataka kuniita kwenye interview kwa kuwa sikupokea simu basi tena hakuna chance,nikajaribu kumueleza,.akasema hvyo ndivyo akakata simu,je hyo ni halali kweli?

    +255,yan dakika 20 tu ndo nmechelewa kurespond ndo anitupe hvyo pamoja na kumpa reason hyo. Mkuu Bube,amekataa hata kunitajia jina la kampuni yenyewe hvyo siwezi kufuatilia maana kama ujuavyo tunafanya applications nyng hvyo siwez jua ipi ndo nmeitwa.

    Pole sana kiongonzi,ki msingi huo sio utaratibu,a good practise would be to call more than once given the nature of mobile communication at three times kama hiyo ingeshindikana than ana check na your referee wako ambao umewandika kwenye CV hiyo nayo ni moja ya kazi yakuandika referee wako si tuu for reference check japo Wengi wanaandika for sole purpose ya reference check peke yake,kama.na hiyo imeshindikana than anarusha e-mail yakukuinvite kwenye interview clearly highlighting dates and venue without forgetting time,akikukosa kote baso hapo sasa hana alternative nyingine bali to go for another candidate kama yupo!!

    Mimi naona hajakutendea haki, kama kweli alikuwa serious na wewe angekuchukua for interview. Labda hiyo company ni wababaishaji na huitaji kufanya kazi na watu kama hao ambao hawapo serious.

    Pole sana mkuu. Kwa ujumla HR wengi bongo wababaishaji tena sana tuu. Mfano angalia kitu ambacho NSSF walikifanya, mashirikamengine ya umma pia. HR Department wanashindwa kushortlist watu na wanaamua kuita watu Tanzania nzima. "This must be a joke" Hata hawajui wanafanya nini? Sifa tuu kuwa mm boss wa HR na hakuna tija yeyote katika utendaji wao wa kazi. Kwa kweli mabadiliko makubwa yanahitajika katika sekta ya HR. Mfano wana subcontract kampuni ya kufanya recruitment "yes" ni system inatumiwa karibu na makampuni mengi duniani "but" hata hiyo kampuni nayo mzigo tuu. Kwa sababu ya connection wanapewa tenda. Tuna kazi kweliu mpaka tufike tuendako.

    Hivi kwa nini tunaona kufanya kazi kwa watu ni "kushinda", hata kama watu wenyewe hawana adabu kama huyo mtu wa HR?

    Mie mpaka hapo nitakuwa nishaona hiyo sehemu ina utamaduni wa kutothamini watu, na hata nikipata kazi naweza nisielewane nao.

    Unapotafuta kazi ujue kuwa muajiri naye anatafuta mfanyakazi. Wanapo ku interview wewe ujue na wewe una wa interview wao.

    Usifanye "kukosa kazi" kuwe shida itakayokufanya uwe desperate kiasi cha kutaka kufanya kazi kwa yeyote tu. Angalia utu wako pia, kama vipi angalia uwezekano wa kujiajiri ili usipate kufadhaishwa na watu wanaojiona miungu wadogo kwa sababu wamepewa ofisi fulani za kuajiri na nchini mwetu kuna upungufu wa ajira hizi.
