Kukushauri usifanye na music Management bongo since wako matapeli kibao wanao run hizo management
    Mkubwa fella
    Chief kiumbe
    Ustazi juma
    Adam juma
    N.k
Cha msingi njoo na Distribution business ya music iwe tofauti na iendane na technolojia take an example push mobile...
    Something like that...
    Ngoja nikanywe kahawa nitarudi..

mkuu uliyo yaongelea yote ni kweli, wasanii wana uswahili sanaaa... you can take someone out of the bush, but you cannot take the bush out of him...this is exactly whats happening to theses superstars...
but lets try it this way.... you dont have to manage all the artistes,..
unawa sign wasanii wachanga(underground) wenye vipaji, unawafanyia production, na unawafanyia promotion until they stand firm with a stable fanbase... then unawacharge according to your agreements per album sales or income from concerts,.. how about that? what can you say about that?

Kaka upo sahihi lakini pia unajuwa hii distribution line needs a lot of capital to start...inawezekana mshkaji hana that financial capital ndio maana anataka kuingilia kwenye management..just his skills na kwenda kasi kwa wadhamini...(PR CAPITAL)

Swali la mdau linahitaji majibu zaidi ya nenda brela sajili kampun mara cosota mara basata and the rest of things...
