How to setup an automated email reminder in MS Outlook 2007 & 2010

Hello Techies

I want to set an automated email reminder in MS Outlook 2007 & 2010. My aim to be make sure the email will be sent twice a month for on year without me clicking send. am believe am understood and will find someone to help me out on this.
 
Hi Livanga,

Not a Techi so I stand to be corrected but I don't think this feature is available out of the box in Outlook but you can buy an add on that will do the job for you.

Here is one add on that might work for you Schedule Sending Automatic Email using Outlook, Recurring Email Scheduler

If you don't want to pay there os a solution that may work for you:

Click on New Mail

Click on Option

Delivery Option - Select Delay delivery it will let you select date and time

after that click on close and send

you will see it in the outbox and it will be sent automatically on the date selected

You will however have to do it for each individual email :embarrassed1:
