How to loose 7Kgs in seven 7 days

Greetings to you all.

To all those fat dudes and ladies, I have wonderful news for you all. I came across this very useful article on the internet with regards to weight loss program and thought to share with you my friends. It is interesting how one can loose weight just by planning their meals accordingly. This program is designed for you by proffessionals and it only covers seven(7) days consecutively.
NOTE:- During the first seven days, you must abstain from all alcohol and you must drink 10 glasses of water each day.
Here we go...

Day 1: All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consist of all fruits you want. It is strongly recommended that you eat alot of melons this day. Especially water melons. If you limit your fruit consumptions to only melons, your chances of loosing 1.4Kg on your first day are very good.

Day 2: All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat and stuffed all raw or cooked vegetables of your choice.There is no limit to the amount or type. For your complex carbohydrate, you will start your day with a large baked potato for breakfast. You may top the potato with one pat of butter.

Day 3: A mixture of vegetables and fruits. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas yet. No potatoes today!

Day 4: Bananas and Milk. Today you will eat as many as eight(8) bananas and drink 3 glasses of milk.This will be combined with a special soup which will be in limited quantity.

Day 5: Today is feast day. You will eat beef and tomatoes. Eat 0.3kg of leen beef. Humbuger is OK. Combine with six(6) whole tomatoes. On day five, you must increase your water intake by one quart/ This will cleanse your system of the uric acid you will be producing.

Day 6: Beef and vegetables. Today you may eat unlimited amount of beef and vegetables. Eat to your hearts content.

Day 7: Today you food intake will consist of brown rice, fresh fruit juice and all vegetables you care to consume.

Tommorrow you will be 4.5 - 7.7kg lighter tha a week before.

Punguza menu. Mnagonga msosi tangu jikoni mkionja, Njiani, Ofsin, shambani na mnaleea miili kama mnataka kuuza fat afu mnahaha na kupunguza unene.
 
Try to wake up early in the morning (around 5:30). Jog slowly for about 30. Hizo short cuts zinataka nidhamu na dedication ya hali ya juu sana. Ndio maana wengi wanashindwa. Na baada ya hiyo diet utaratibu unakuaje? Maana wengi wanaishia kurudisha mara 2 ya kilo za mwanzo.
 
Diet ya aina hii huwa ni temporary.. mtu anaeamua kufuata hii anatakiwa ajiulize baada ya kupunguza hizo kilo, utafanyaje ili zisiongezeke tena? Hapo ndio penye tatizo..
 
There is no way to reduce/loss 7Kg a Week rather than darrea+vomiting though it's very risk! Figure out all food which 'll lead you kuhara+kutapika zen within 7days automatically you 'll loss 7Kgs successuful. All the best!

Kupunguza uzito kwa kupunguza kula ni hatari sana kwa ndoa, hasa kwa wanaume. Ila kama Huna 'majukumu' ya ndoa, fine, punguza kula. Kama una majukumu ya ndoa, kilo hupungzwa kwa mazoezi tu...

dah!! hiii ni hatari sana, 7days unaharisha na kutapika? bado ni mtu hapo au!!??
 
Mtafute mtu akuboe sana mpaka upoteze hamu ya kula..au chochote kila kinachoweza kukupunguzia/potezea apetite...mi nilipunguza kilo 4 ndani ya siku sita!
