    Nilifika hospitali moja kubwa iliyopo maeneo ya Mikocheni juzi, jumatatu... sikukuu ya pasaka, baada ya kuhisi nina homa kali


    Niliingia chumba cha kumwona daktari nimwelezee matatizo yangu baada ya kulipa Tsh10,000 consultation fee na nilikutana na harufi mbaya sana. Daktari huyo mwenye asili ya kiasia, alikuwa anatafuna tumbako ofisini. A line of brownness was dripping down his mouth.

    Nchi yetu haina bodies zinazopitia upya proffessionalism ya cadres mabalimbali!..Mtu akipata kazi na akaifanya kwa miaka 10 basi anasahau kabisa maadili ya proffession yake na kuwa kama mwalimu wa kijijini!...Ungetumia hata suggestion box hapo hospitali , na kumpaka sana huyo mganga!..

    nilienda Aga Khan juzi tu hapo, ilikuwa usiku kwa hiyo nikalazimika kwenda kwenye mapokezi ya emergency.....
    huwezi kuamini kuwa sikupewa kiti cha kukaa licha ya kuwa msimamizi wa security alikuwa amekaa.
    kwa vile nimezowea kudai haki yangu, nika demand kiti

    all in all huduma ilikuwa ovyo kabisa na bill nilopewa ilikuwa ni kubwa mno! agggr

    The other thing with Aga Khan, ukipima malaria haionekani. Labda tatizo ni vifaa wanavyotumia au ni hao mafundi mchundo wao hawafanyi kazi kwa umakini. Nina uzoefu ambao nitauelezea kwa ufupi.

    Mtoto aliugua, tukawa kila baada ya siku mbili niko Aga Khan HOSPITAL. Kila tukienda hapo HOSPITAL, mtoto anapimwa malaria na anakutwa hana parasite hata mmoja. Kwa vile anakuwa na homa kali, kukohoa na mafua, akawa anapewa dawa za pneaumonia, asthma, antibiotics and the sort kwa karibu mwezi mzima. Cha zaidi, tukaambiwa nimpe tangawizi na asali; tulimpa hadi akakinai. Homa ilizidi kuwa kali hata kufikia anapewa dawa za kususha homa mara tano hadi sita kwa siku.

    Siku moja alizidiwa usiku, ikabidi tumpeleke zahanati ya karibu, kwa msaada wa kidaktari kwa vile asubuhi yake alikuwa katoka kutibiwa Agha Khan HOSPITAL. Baada ya kumuona daktari wa zamu hapo zahanati, alitushauri mtoto apimwe malaria. Baada ya kupima akagundulika ana 2 plasmodium parasites (whatever that meant). Akapewa dawa mseto hapo hapo. Kesho yake asubuhi mtoto akaamka amechangamka na kuanza kucheza cheza. Hakupata homa tena na hadi dose yake ya siku 3 ilipokwisha alikuwa hajambo, anakula na kunywa, kucheza na kuimba kama kawaida yake.

    Ni miezi mitatu sasa hana cha kukohoa, mafua na zile dawa alizopewa Aga Khan HOSPITAL, hakuendelea nazo, na iliyosemekana pneaumonia na asthma ilipotea baada ya kunywa dawa mseto za malaria.

    Point ni kwamba hizi HOSPITAL zetu zaweza kubwa bomu kuliko hospitali na zahanati za uswahilini. Inawezekana kupoteza maisha kwa kutegemea ushauri unaotolewa na madaktari wa HOSPITAL, au sijui ni wangapi wameshapoteza maisha kizembe namna hii.

    Malaria ni hatari. Aga Khan Hospital chunguzeni ufanisi wa maabara zenu hasa kitengo cha malaria (kama kipo)

    Aga Khan Hospital bomu sana ile, hata kwa wawazito si pakwenda pale kuna watu wawili nawafahamu, walijifungua kwa opereshi, wakasahau mikasi tumboni(imagine) mmoja alikuwa ni mfanyakazi mwenzetu masikini akafariki eti waka apologise wakati mtu keshapoteza maisha yake. mwingine mke wa jirani yangu wakati huo 2006, Jina tu kubwa lkn hakuna kitu paleeeeeeeeee
