Spain, Norway, French And Sweden Embassies	Looking for scholarships from their countries to support HLSSF implementations. Financial support
European Union	Looking for greater financial support for HLSSF in order to achieve our corporate objectives Enhancing international relations with Tanzania through HLSSF.
HESLB and Higher Education Institutions	This will provide details on specific student’s loan status from HESLB Providing student’s information on examination passes/grades enrollment categories. Nevertheless, from these institutions more consultation will be extracted to enhance the performance of HLSSF.
Matching Grants Program (MGP)	Base of finance sourcing for HLSSF.
Trade and Development Institute Group of Ireland (TDI)	Providing financial support to HLSSF. Giving assistance on managerial matters on how to strategically implement HLSSF policies in order to fulfill its mission; thus approaching its vision.
Rural Livelihood Development Company (RLDC)	Promoting entrepreneurship activities aims at preparing competitive entrepreneurs, investors and business men in our country. Providing financial support to HLSSF.
U. S Agency for International Development (USAID)	Financial support to HLSSF. Assisting in extending linkages with various international Institutions.
Ford, Bill & Melinda Gates, Google, Education, the Brown, the Berry and the Boston foundations.	Financial support. Assisting in searching for scholarships
Algeria, UK, U.S.A and French Embassies in Tanzania	Searching for scholarships. Financial support.
Cellular companies( e.g. tiGO, Vodacom, Zain, Zantel).	Financial support. Provision of sponsorships during special events. Practical training placements. Assisting in searching for employment.
Mining companies( e.g. Barrick, Williamson, Anglo shiraz).	Financial support. Assisting in searching for scholarships. Practical training placements. Assisting in searching for employment
