    Mimi ni mteja wa Airtel kwa muda mrefu sasa tangu wakati wa celtel. Kuna mambo yanayonikera sana. Ukipiga simu wakati mwingine unaambiwa salio lako halitoshelezi hata kama una salio la tsh.1000. Au ukimpigia mtu unaambiwa namba unayopiga haipo. Wakati mwingine ukimpigia mtu, wewe mpigiaji unasikia kabisa simu inaita. Lakini anayepigiwa simu yake haiiti imetulia tu. Network nayo ni problem. Hizi kero zitakwisha lini? Au nihame!

    Hawa jamaa wamenikata hela zangu halafu hawajanipa bundle,nimepga customer care mpaka nimechoka,wamekuwa wezi sana,nyambafu kabsa.

    The Quality of Service (QoS) refers to the capability of a network to offer a service with a certain quality. The quality of a service can be related to a number of different parameters. Much used parameters are:

    Availability of a link;

    Number of bit errors;

    Latency (delay in the network);

    Jitter.(Variation/Deviation of packets/signal cause by congestion,routes change etc)

    Which parameter is of importance depends on the service. For example, voice and video services require low latency but tolerate some error rate. By contrast, generic data applications can not tolerate error, but latency is not critical.

    Hiyo si kwa airtel pekee. Nina mtandao wa voda takribani wiki mbili zilizopita, simu yangu nikipiga ilikuwa haitoki. Na niliwasiliana na huduma kwa wateja, wamenirekebishia. Lakini hata hivyo niki recharge muda wa maongezi, natumiwa ujumbe unaosomeka "mpendwa mteja, ombi lako linashughulikiwa. Utatumiwwa ujumbe baada ya muda mfupi. Asante kwa kuchagua voda com." then "invalid request" yaani full magumashi. Sijui tukimbilie wapi sasa!
