    Watu wengi husema ukinywa kahawa hupati usingizi na ukitaka kupata usingizi unywe sijui ndio piriton au valium...

    Sasa mimi niko kinyume chake, nikinywa kahawa inanifanya nipate usingizi sana na nikinywa hizo dawa za kuleta usingizi ndio hata kama nilikuwa na kausingizi kadogo basi katapotea...

    Am I normal kweli, maana najishtukia atiii!!!

    Kahawa huwa tofauti kwa watu tofauti kuna wengine wakinywa jioni/usiku hawapati usingizi na wengine haiwadhuru na hupata usingizi.Mi binafsi nikinywa hizi kahawa za mpaka uchemshe(arabica) hazininyimi usingizi hata vikombe 2-3 usiku lakini nikinywa instant coffee(robusta) hii ya kuchukua kijiko na kuchanganya kwenye maji ya moto hunipunguzia usingizi.

    newdawntz, watu tofauti wana-respond tofauti kwa stimulants na hivyo vileta usingizi. sidhani kama ni tatizo hayo matokeo yako. wasiwasi wangu ni kuwa ni kwa nini wakati mwingine unahitaji kuji-induce usingizi na wakati mwingine huutaki? kuna kitu kinaitwa 'body clock',ambao ni mfumo mwili wako umejiwekea ili kuweza ku-cope na mahitaji. ukiona una usingizi ujue mwili unahitaji kupumzika. na usipokua na usingizi pengine mwili hauhitaji kuzimika ama pumziko unaotaka sio kusinzia bali ku_relax ingetosha. tiba mojawapo ya sleeping disorder ni kufanya mazoezi (physical exercise). utakapolala mwili uta-relax vya kutosha na wakati unapohitaji kuwa macho mwili utatoa ushirikiano. usije ukajikuta siku unaweka njiti za kiberiti kuzuia jicho kufunga,lol!

    Kumbukeni sukari inaleta usingizi so reaction ya kahawa+sukari kahawa inaact kama catalysit ku alter and speedup usingizi!
    So lazma ulale usingizi wa pono!
    Ebu piga kahawa kikombe kimoko zen gona kiroba ki1 tu uone kama utaweza hata kukonyeza!

    Wewe mleta mada tunafanana kweli hili tatizo gnoja Dr. Riwa aje atupe majibu. Mie mkoani kwetu Kagera tunatafuna sana lakini ifika jioni hatutafuni tena.

    Kaka nashukuru kwa point za msingi kama angalizo pia...........maana kuna wakati huwa unajihisi unataka kulala na usingizi hauji unatafuta kilazimishio cha usingizi.....sasa taabu ni pale unapokuta reaction inakuwa tofauti na ulichosikia.....si unajua hizi elimu nyingine huwa hatuna? Thanks again broda......

    Kaka kuna mtu aliwahi kuniambia hivi hivi kuwa nipige bila suger na nilianza kutumia bila sukari lakini bado ngoma ile ile ndo maana nimejishtukia kwamba huenda iko shida kwenye vichocheo kwenye mwili ati....

    ..dah, ila hii ya kuongezea na kiroba kimoja tena, ni balaa jingine tena......
