Lipumba ni profesa wa uchumi. ila hatumiki vizuri Tanzania kwa sababu yupo upinzani. lakini jamaa yupo tayari kuwasaidia watanzania lakini fursa hapewi na watanzania wenyewe.

I think the problem is Politics and Academics ni platform mbili tofauti. Prof ni academician mzuri as well as Economist mzuri if not one if the best in the world. But i think sio Politician mzuri, as a politician hajaweza kuprove. Chadema came na wakawabeat kuwa the Official opposition party huku wakija na strategies ambazo zinaoenekana kabisa kwamba zimekomaa kisiasa na ni advance. But the Popularity graph ya Prof na chama chake has been declining kadri siku zinavyokwenda mbele mfano hai ni igunga. Walipata kura 11,000 na ushee but uchaguzi uliporudiwa wakapata 2000 votes. Na sasa ndo wameprove kwamba their out of touch na they have been beaten kwa kuja na a copy cat of M4C (V4C).
