Pole sana Lizzy, get some rest. Najua hakuna kitu kinakera kama watu kujaribu kukushahuri dawa but I will do it huny (sorry): tumia asali na orange juice. Inasaidia sana for sore throats. Hiyo ndio inasababisha vingine vyote (I think). And after all, you have nothing to lose... just try it.
