- Several years ago, Max Caicedo was in Puerto Rico visiting his family for what he believed was the last

time because doctors had given him a month or two to live. Mr. Caicedo was dying from opportunistic

infections caused by AIDS. He had been taking medication for several years and was close to death. He was very weak and needed a wheelchair. A loving niece in New York had faith that he would recover, somehow.

Urine is not a dirty and toxic substance rejected by the body. Urine is a by-product of blood filtration, not waste filtration. Medically it is referred to as "plasma ultrafiltrate". The middle stream of fresh, warm, morning urine is the most potent, and drinking it mixed with freshly squeezed orange juice is probably the fastest way to accomplish this task, although it is best not to mix urine with other foods or drinks or to take it within an hour before or after eating.

Oral drops of fresh urine can be placed directly under the tongue. Urine therapists suggest their patients start with 5 drops of fresh morning urine on the first day, increase to 5&endash;10 drops on the second day, and take 10 drops on the morning of the third day and the same amount that evening before going to bed. Once patients feel comfortable with this therapy, they can gradually increase the amount as they see fit to obtain the results required for their body's condition. Over time, they can learn to adjust the amount that is needed by observing their reactions to the therapy; their dosage may become as much as one full cup at a time!

Self-urine may be used as eye drops and ear drops, in foot baths and even as effective enemas. Nose drops can help loosen mucus and clear up blocked nasal passages. Very briefly, here are two ways to do urine therapy. This is in no way a complete discussion of how to use the therapy, but simply an introduction.

1) Use your own urine in a homeopathic fashion.

First, collect midstream urine in a clean cup or container. This should be a clean catch, meaning the genital area (important for women in particular) has been cleaned beforehand. To 1/6 ounce of distilled water in a sterile bottle, add one drop of fresh urine. Cap and shake 50 times. Take one drop of this mix and add to another 1/6 ounce of distilled water and shake 50 times. Take one drop of this mix and add to 1/6 oz. of 80 to 90 proof vodka which acts as a preservative.

Place three drops under the tongue hourly until there is obvious improvement or temporary exacerbation of symptoms. As improvement progresses, lengthen the interval between treatments. After 3 days, suspend treatment to avoid pushing the immune system. Treatment is resumed if progress remains static or relapse occurs.

2) Begin with oral drops then increase dosage as needed.

Use fresh urine drops direct. For some cases, sub-lingual drops work well.
(Should always use fresh urine immediately upon collection. You should not boil or dilute the urine in any way. You must use it in its natural form)

Start by taking 1-5 drops of morning urine on the first day. On the second day, take 5-10 drops in the morning. On the third day, take 5-10 drops in the morning, and the same amount in the evening before you go to bed.

Once you feel accustomed to the therapy, gradually increase the amount as needed for obtaining results for your condition. As you use the therapy, you will learn to adjust the amount you need by observing your reactions to the therapy. It may be that you'll work up to actually drinking an ounce or two at a time.

Three million Chinese drink their own urine
More than three million Chinese drink their own urine in the belief it is good for their health, the official Xinhua news agency reported on Friday. - Several years ago, Max Caicedo was in Puerto Rico visiting his family for what he believed was the last

time because doctors had given him a month or two to live. Mr. Caicedo was dying from opportunistic

infections caused by AIDS. He had been taking medication for several years and was close to death. He was very weak and needed a wheelchair. A loving niece in New York had faith that he would recover, somehow.

She recorded a lecture I gave on radio in New York and rushed the tape to her uncle. There was no time to

loose. Caicedo had lost faith and had already paid for funeral services and a cemetery plot. He listened to

the tape and decided to try it since he had nothing to lose. He threw away all medications and started to

drink his urine as suggested. This is a decision that he will never regret because it saved his life.

Withing three days[/SIZE], he had eliminated more excrement than in the previous six months. All his

aches and pains were gone by the first week and his appetite and desire to live were back 100 percent.

Within 10 days he had no need for the wheelchair and was gaining weight. Six weeks after the radio

interview, he attended one of my monthly lectures to describe his positive experience with Uropathy.

Caicedo was a new man who had gained 30 pounds. Six months later, he had visited Mexico, Miami and was

on his way to Spain. He visited his doctors occasionally to make sure everything was okay and to see the

baffled looks on their faces when they saw how healthy he was.

Quique Paladino had full-blown AIDS in 1985 with ulcers of the mouth and sores in the esophagus and

stomach. He also had Kaposi's sarcoma on his face and inside his mouth, and a terrible case of athlete's foot

that was reaching his knees. Paladino was a pharmaceutical drug salesman with access to all kinds of

medications, but every medication he tried was useless against his health problems. One night he Attended

a conference on uropathy, but the idea of drinking his own urine or applying it to the skin repulsed him.

Paladino could not sleep at night because the ulcers on his legs were frantically itching and driving him

insane. He would scratch in a frenzy causing more injury and bleeding. In an act of desperation he applied

urine to his legs ignoring his education and medical training. Urine stopped the itching in minutes and for the

first time in months he slept more than six hours. A week later the ulcers that tormented him for more than

three years were almost gone. A few weeks later the ulcers in his mouth disappeared and several months

after that the Kaposi's sarcoma lesions he had on his face were gone.

His quick recovery motivated him to do some research and he was stunned when he discovered close to 800

references to urine as a therapeutic agent. He was so fascinated with the information discovered that he

organized "The Water of Life" monthly meetings at the Gay Lesbian Community Center as a support group to

share his positive experience with other AIDS patients.

HIV na Ukimwi barani Afrika

Afrika kusini ya jangwa la Sahara, ndilo eneo lililoathiriwa zaidi na janga la Ukimwi. Eneo hili lina asilimia 10 tu, ya jumla ya idadi ya watu kote duniani, lakini ndilo lenye idadi kubwa zaidi ya watu waishio na virusi vya HIV. Ukweli ni kwamba:Maambukizo ya virusi vya ukimwi miongoni mwa watu wazima katika sehemu za mijini ni karibu mara mbili zaidi kuliko sehemu za mashambani. FAHAMU HATUA TANO ZA HIV MWILINI

Leo tutachambua jinsi Virusi vya Ukimwi (VVU) ambavyo pia hujulikana kama HIV vinavyoingia mwilini na kujiimarisha. Ni somo gumu lakini tutajitahidi kuelezea ili kila mmoja aelewe. Kuna hatua tano ambazo hufanya Virusi vya Ukimwi kuweza kuingia ndani ya seli za binadamu na kuzaliana.
Virusi hao ambao pia kama nilivyosema hapo juu hujulikana kama HIV hutumia kiasili cha CD4 na wana kama njia ya kupita kwani baada ya mtu kupata maambukizi ya VVU kwa njia yoyote ile navyo kuingia ndani ya mzunguko wa damu wa mwanadamu kuna hatua tano hufuata.

Hatua ya kwanza
Virusi hawa wa HIV huanza maisha yao kwa kuunganisha ncha za protini zilizojitokeza kwenye utando wake zijulikanazo kitaalamu gp120 kwenye vipokeo vinavyoitwa kitaalamu receptors, vya CD4.
Muunganiko huu wa CD4 na gp120 hubadilisha kabisa umbo la gp120 hali ambayo huruhusu HIV kujipachika katika vipokeo visaidizi yaani co-receptors vilivyoko kwenye utando wa juu wa seli ya binadamu.
Vipokeo hivi visaidizi hujulikana kitaalamu chemokine receptors CCR5.
Baada ya hapo, aina nyingine ya ncha za protini zilizo kwenye utando wa nje wa HIV ziitwazo gp41 nazo hubadilika umbo lake, na hivyo kuwezesha HIV kuachia aina nyingine ya protini inayoitwa fusion peptide kwenye seli nyeupe ya damu (white bood cells). Protini hii huwezesha utando wa juu wa HIV kuungana na utando yaani cell membrane wa seli nyeupe inayoshambuliwa.

Hatua ya pili
Hatua hii HIV kupenya na kuingia ndani ya seli nyeupe ya binadamu kitendo kinachojulikana kitaalamu kama Viral Penetration/Fusion. Kitendo cha kuungana kwa utando wa juu wa HIV na ule wa seli nyeupe husababisha kutokea kwa tundu katika utando wa seli nyeupe.
Kitendo hiki huwezesha kibeba vinasaba cha HIV na kusukumwa moja kwa moja mpaka ndani ya seli nyeupe ya binadamu kupitia kwenye tundu hilo.

Hatua ya tatu
Hao HIV hujivua gamba tendo ambalo hujulikana kama uncoating na husaidia kuruhusu vinasaba vyake pamoja na vimeng'enyo muhimu kwa ajili ya kubadilisha vinasaba vya RNA kwenda DNA, hatua ambayo husababisha kuzaliana kwa virusi wengine wapya.


Hatua ya nne
Vinasaba vya RNA hubadilika na kuwa DNA ya virusi kwa kutumia kimeng'enyo cha reverse transcriptase. Kitendo hiki hujulikana kitaalamu kama reverse transcription kwa sababu hutokea kinyume na vile kinavyotakiwa kutokea kwa viumbe hai wengine.
Kwa kawaida, kitendo cha transcription hufanyika kwa kubadilisha DNA kuwa RNA na si kinyume kama chake. Baada ya DNA hii ya virusi kutengenezwa ndani ya ute wa seli ya binadamu, hubadilishwa kuwa aina fulani ya RNA iitwayo messenger RNA, yenye uwezo ya kuamrisha seli kufanya kazi mbalimbali kulingana na mahitaji ya mwili.
Baada ya hapo aina hii ya RNA yenye uzi mmoja hubadilishwa tena kuwa DNA ya virusi yenye nyuzi mbili. Matukio haya yote hufanyika ndani ya ute unaoitwa kitaalamu cell cytoplasm wa seli nyeupe ya damu.

Hatua ya tano
Hatua hii kitaalamu huitwa integration. Baada ya HIV kufanikiwa kubadilisha RNA yake kuwa DNA, ni lazima sasa HIV aingize DNA hii mpya kwenye DNA ya seli ya damu ili aweze kudhibiti kikamilifu na kuamrisha matendo na kazi zote za seli nyeupe ya damu ili iweze kufanya inavyotaka HIV.

TUNAENDELEA kuchambua hatua sita za tatizo la Ukimwi (HIV) kwenye mwili wa binadamu, endelea.
Ndani kabisa ya kiini au capsid kuna aina tatu tofauti za vimeng'enyo au enzymes ambavyo ni muhimu mno kwa ajili ya uzalianaji wa HIV. Vimeng'enyo hivyo hujulikana kama reverse transcriptase,

integrase na protease. Pamoja na vimeng'enyo hivyo, capsid pia ina nyuzi mbili za vinasaba vya RNA ambavyo husaidia kurithisha tabia za vinasaba za HIV kutoka kizazi kimoja kwenda kingine.
Ikilinganishwa na makundi mengine ya viumbe hai yenye vinasaba vingi, HIV ina vinasaba vya aina tisa tu.
Vinasaba vitatu viitwavyo gag, pol na env hufanya kazi ya kubeba taarifa inayohitajika kuunda protein muhimu kwa ajili ya virusi wapya watakaozaliwa.

Vinasaba sita vilivyobaki vinavyojulikana kama tat, rev, nef, vif, vpr na vpu hufanya kazi ya kubeba taarifa ya kuthibiti uzalishaji wa protini inayohusika na kuthibiti uwezo wa HIV kushambulia seli mpya za binadamu, kuzaa virusi wapya au kusababisha magonjwa mbalimbali kwa binadamu.

CD ni kifupi cha maneno ya Kingereza ya cluster of differentiation. Hii ni aina mojawapo ya kiasili kilichoundwa kwa protini na mafuta (yaani glycoprotein) ambacho kinapatikana juu ya uso wa seli nyeupe za damu zijulikanazo kama T helper cells, regulatory T cells, monocytes, macrophages, na dendritic cells ambazo kazi yake kubwa ni kupambana na maradhi mbalimbali.
