    JF members naomba msaada wenu ili niliweza kutatua tatizo hili, mara nyingi nakula na kushiba usiku lakini ikifika majira ya saa nane usiku au asubuhi najisikia njaa sana.

    Msaada please..

    inaweza ikawa Henia! huwa inakuwa njaa kali sana kupita kiasi, na wakati mwingine hata ukishakula bado linaendelea kuuma. Ila kuna wataalamu watakuja kukusaidia. IAM JUST PROVIDING THIS FROM PAST EXPERIENCE.

    huwa na kula saa 3 hadi 4 usiku, mara nyingi napendelea kula wali, ni tatizo linalojitokeza mara kwa mara lakini sio kila siku,nimeoa na kwa siku atleast kimoja

    Nashukuru mkuu, baada ya kunipatia uzito na urefu wako, nilibaini kuwa pamoja na kuwa unakula mara kwa mara lakini bado hakukuwa na madhara hasi sana kwa kuwa ungekuwa unakula kula mara kwa mara na uzito wako unazidi kiasi unachopaswa kuwa nacho, basi hilo ndilo lingekuwa tatizo zaidi.

    Kwa kawaida kila mtu ana mazoezi yake yanayomfaa kufanya ambayo yanaendana na mwili alio nao, wengi wetu hatufuatilii jambo hili, ukiwaza kuinua vyuma, unainua, ukiwaza kukimbia, unakimbia. Mazoezi yeyote tu bila kujiuliza iwapo mwili unahitaji mazoezi ya aina hiyo.

    Aina ya mazoezi unayofanya yanawafaa watu wenye uzito uliozidi (overweight/obesity), wewe inakutosha tu kutembea kwa miguu kwa mwendo wa haraka kidogo lisaa 1 mara 5 kwa wiki. Metabolic rate yako itapungua na njaa itashuka.

    Jitahidi kunywa maji glasi 2 (ml 500) kila nusu saa kabla ya kula, maji ya kawaida siyo ya kwenye friji. Unaweza pia kuongeza uzito wako hata kilo 6 zaidi kama utataka.

    1/hakikisha unakula kila baada ya masaa matatu
    2/kula kwa wingi chakula kama ugali, wali, karanga, parachichi ili kukata njaa
    3/kunywa maji litre 4 kwa siku , kila baada na kubla ya kula kunywa glass mbili
    4/ tumia albendazole single dose 400mg au mebendazole kwa ajili ya minyoo
    5/pima kama una matatizo kwenye tumbo lako
