Imefika mahali naona bora niseme wazi. Binafsi ninakerwa sana na harufu mbaya ya mdomoni. Imefikia stage hata 'kick' ya mapenzi inapotea kwa sababu tu mwenzangu ananuka kinywa chake. Mwezi mmoja uliopita nilikutana na mrembo mmoja. She was very beatiful and 'inviting'. When we exchanged some few words, I suddenly falled in love with her though I came to know latter that she was a prostitute. But that was too late as I had already shared lover with her. Sasa, kilichoniumiza na ndicho kilichopelekea nipost thread hii, ni harufu yake mbaya ya kinywani. Najua kwa mtu mzima siyo rahisi kutoa hewa kinywani ambayo ni freshi by 100%. So, the whole exercise lost its meaning. I really regret myself for being so lose when I came across her. Indeed, it was a lesson and my conclusion was that 'siyo vyote ving'aavyo ni dhahabu'. Sorry dearest mothers and sisters for being so open. I am just sharing something that I feel it can improve our sexual relationship.
Kisa changu kinazungumzia mwanamke lakini ni ukweli usiopingika kwamba kwa ujumla wanaume ndiyo rafu zaidi katika suala zima la usafi. Wanaume ndiyo wanaounuka zaidi ukilinganisha na partners wao, wasichana. Wanaume ndio wanaovuta sigara, ndio wanaoongoza kwa kunywa mataputapu. Wanaume hao hao wakirudi nyumbani na harufu za mataputapu na wanalazimisha 'denda' kwa wake zao!!!
Mwisho, wengi wetu tunajitetea kuwa harufu mbaya ya kinywa na mwili kwa ujumla, ni suala la maumbile. Pamoja na ukweli huo, tukizingatia mambo yafuatayo tunaweza kupunguza harufu mbaya:
(1) Tusafishe (siyo kupiga mswaki) kinywa vizuri kwa kutumia dawa bora kila tunapomaliza kula chakula aina yoyote ile ikiwa ni pamoja matunda na vinywaji hasa vyenye sukari nyingi. Kama upo mahali ambapo huna mswaki na dawa, basi tumia maji freshi kusukutua kinywa kwa nguvu ili kuondoa vipande vya chakula kinywani.
(2) Ukiwa nyumbani, tumia maji yenye chumvi kiasi kusukutua kwa mara ya mwisho baada ya kutumia mswaki wako. Chumvi ni adui wa bacteria.
(3) Safisha kinywa intensively kabla ya kwenda kulala baada ya chakula cha jioni. Asubuhi yake nayo safisha kinywa baada ya kupata kifungua kinywa.
(4) Usikae muda mrefu bila kuongea. Lakini ongea kwa sababu unacho cha kuongea na siyo kwa sababu unatakiwa kuongea.
(6) Hakikisha mwili wako kwa ujumla unakuwa msafi wakati wowote.
