Si bora hao wanamadawati ya kukalia!, wengine hukalia viroba au kanga.
Ni kweli Gama,......lakini haya yote yasingetakiwa kuwepo kama tungepata viongozi wanaojali wananchi wao..!!
We could have done better kwa kweli....its sad..!!!
EPA,DOWANS,RICHMOND etc would have done our schoos good!!!
Ni kweli dear... it is so sad! unajiuliza hao watoto wanaelewa kweli kama waalimu wawili wanafundisha at the same time???!!!
We could have done better kwa kweli....its sad..!!!
EPA,DOWANS,RICHMOND etc would have done our schoos good!!!
Jamani viongozi mtawapataje wakati sisi ndo tunawachagua hao wabovu? Play your part. It can be done. Acha kulalamika.
Thanks Warea for your comments, but i think it is all about our leaders - If our leaders were responsible and not selfish, we would not have this kind of education system, but also they are responsible for these fake contracts which do not benefit Tanzanians...No, It is Education system itself that produced EPA, DOWANS, RICHMOND, n.k.
All people behind EPA, DOWANCE, RICHMOND and many other to come are products of our education system that ephasizes on examinations rather than solving problem of the society!
Educated society cannot leave corrupt people in power!
So it started with education system!
When education system failed to measure whether a student really got knowledge or not, it produced people who do not value knowledge but high scores to get power - economic as well as social and political!
Once those people get power, they do not remeber to strengthen education system, because they do not value it.
They cannot dare to improve the life of the educators.
When Examination scorers are rewarded, while problem solvers are left unknown.
The students of educator, learning the poor living conditions of their educators, will defitely struggle by all means to get high scores to get power, out of the education system.
Since the education system depends on the mercies of the people with power in the governemt, who do not value education system, the education system becomes weak and weaker that it cannot educate more people.
And because educators also need better living, unethical educators hoping to become like their fellows in other systems of life, are tempted to become corrupt. Teaching to them becomes number 2, 3 or higher priority in their life.
And because time is always moving forward and students need to graduate, it requires that student do examinations to finish their studies irrespective of whether they qualified or not. besides, educators marking is final with little moderations. How can one person critically mark 2000 papers in a week.
So when education system fails to produce learned society, leaders who are elected from that very kind of society will never think of problems facing education system!
What should be done then?
If education system can be improved, it is well and good! But the education systems includes facilities, students as well as administrative academic staffs.
Unless the education sector becomes the top paying sector in the country, The system will continue producing people who do not care about educating our society, and the corrupt class will continue rulling unlearned ignorant.
I stand to be corrected.
